Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο και ήταν όπως ακριβώς περιγράφονταν στο site.Το ξενοδοχείο είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο(στάσεις λεωφορείου στα 5-150m και το μετρό στα 6-7 λεπτά με τα πόδια ή 3,5λεπτά με το λεωφορείο ).Το προσωπικό πολύ καλό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει και υπήρχε καθημερινά καθαριότητα. Δεν προσφέρει δωρεάν υπηρεσία μεταφοράς με λεωφορείο από τους σταθμούς μετρό Liverpool Street και Bethnal Green όπως αναγράφεται και στην τιμή θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει και το πρωινό. |

το εστιατοριο ηταν πολυ αξιοπρεπες. ζητησαμε ελαφρυτερο καλλυμα καθως το υπαρχον ηταν πολυ ζεστο και δεν ειχαν.επισης ζητησαμε σκουφο μπανιου για τα μαλλια και επισης δεν ειχαν.νομιζω οτι αυτα δεν αρμοζουν σε ενα μεγαλο ξενοδοχειο. νομιζω επισης οτι το δωματιο θα επρεπε να εχει ενα mini bar. |

The attendance from the hotel staff, the facilities in the room. When I arrived it was really very cold in London, I arrived late night, and the air-conditioned was off. As a consequence the bedroon was very cold.It could be good to have by this time the bedrron aclimate to an accurate temperature. |

Staff were friendly, Hotel very nice, room very clean, no noise pollution, close to public transport, Good Atmosphere and food alright in the Bar/Restaurant. Could have been a refill of more coffee/tea/milk in the room, stayed for two nights but had to ask for extra, this is only minor thing. |

We always enjoy our stay, the staff are very helpful and friendly and it is very convenient to our family. The poor lighting in the rooms. I know they are the energy lights but you can hardly see they are on let alone read by them!! |

Indifferent front desk staff when I complained about the excessive noise level coming from my "next door neighbour" which didnt stop until 5am!! Disgraceful!! Noise levels and having to pay £460 for the pleasure!! |

Room was very comfortable and well furnished, TV, coffe and tes facilities, iron, desk, laptop conexion, enough space for baggage, comfortable bathroom. The first two days of my stay the internet conexion was out of work, very bad I was in London for business. Anyway when they restored the system they offer me a 24 hours free internet connection for my last day something I really appreciate. We all might have problems the point is the kind of solution you offer to them !!! |

Nice big room for London standard. The rooms was very clean and nice to stay in. Hotel is not close to underground station bus city busses run very often and stop in front of hotel. |

The location is excelent, right in the heart of London, and all the public transportation around make it an added-value. The ratio quality/price is quite good. If I go to London again I will certainly try to stay there. |

The hotel Staff mainly the male ones were extremly, rude , impatient, disrespectful and unhelpful. They did not listen to requests made. They had no clue on how to deal with customers. |

Cleanliness, comfort, style and value. Person of the waiting staff answered our questions about vine- "I dont know, I dont drink vine..", at the way to the bar to pay the dinner she screamed at us that we did not pay (to her). Otherwise all the other were professional and friendly. |

When we arrived, the staff could not find any record of my booking, despite me having a record of booking ref & PIN code etc! .... they lent me their computer to print off my booking from hotmail as proof! |

I liked the secure garage under the hotel. Nice bar and front of house seating. The traffic restrictions around the area are horrendous as is the east end rush hour traffic- over 70 mins to go maybe 7 miles from City airport! |

Both myself and my husband really enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and thought the shuttle bus is an excellent idea. Our room was very comfortable and clean and would definately stay here again. |
