Very clean and comfortable hotel, just what you would expect a reputable hotel should be like. Reception staff are too focused on working on PC's rather than serving customers at reception. I stood waiting at reception while the recpetionist was doing something and didn't even get a "I won't be a moment" This happened on two occasions. If you want to use Wi-Fi, you have to collect a ticket from Reception, not ideal after you check in go up to your room and then have to go back down to Recpetion again! This should be part of the check in process

The Hotel was pleasant and very clean, staff was friendly, the area of the Hotel isn't exactly central but with the bus station outside the Hotel we could be able to see all sightseens of London (combining bus and Tube).Tube's station only 7-8 minutes away.Good breakfast without great variety. No free internet, you have to pay for use depending the hours you will use it. Window in the room wasn't sufficienty airtight

Ten reasons for not To book in the re hotel: 1. The room service is too bad. 2. The wifi don't work and you have to put the username and password every time because its keep changing every day. 3. I stuck in the elevator for 45 min. 4. Rooms are too small for two people. 5. There is no safe to put your important items in. 6. The food is too expensive I mean the breakfast £9.58 and the dinner was £25 and to get a black coffee you have to pay £2.40. 7. The staff are very rude. They don't care about your needs they care about how to get money out of your pocket. 8. You have to change room's card key usually every day because they are rubbish. 9. There are no CCTV camcorder in corridors and that is poor security for the resident. 10. This hotel is a trap do not book in this hotel. The hotel used to call Days hotel and I was perfect until the RE hotel takes over and they ruined every bit of it.

Cost me £204 for a double room for one night and it was no better than a travel lodge! And breakfast was extra! Then they wouldn't let me pay incash up front to save time in the morning without paying £100 deposit thus defeating the aim of paying in advance!

Nice, smart hotel at a reasonable price System was down when I arrived, so they wouldn’t let me into my room. I was rushing to go to an event, and needed to change. Had to do so in the Gents. They said system would be up 'in 5 minutes', it never returned while I was there. They also recommended booking me a cab rather than trying to hail one. I watched lots of cabs go past outside until I gavce up waiting and went and hailed one instantly on the street. Do they have a back-hander deal with a cab firm? They also had to store my bags, as they wouldn't let me have my room (ridiculous). They let me into the store room and left me alone with everyone's bags. Did the same thing when I collected them. Total lack of security, very worrying when you're storing laptops, ipads and so on, as I was. So staff & service: pretty rubbish. Breakfast was pretty awful too.

Quiet, clean rooms. Staff tried to charge us for a film we were supposed to have watch the night before. Also, for the cost of the room we were disappointed that it did not include breakfast, this was extra.

I have stayed in this hotel on a semi regular basis since it opened (originally as Days Hotel) The standared of the rooms has improved and are excellent value for money. The hotel is let down by poor and often rude reception staff, when it originally opened the staff were first class but on my last visits it was very much a metter of going through the motions to get you away from the reception desk. This is a great shame as this could be such a very good hotel for business and city visits.

I've stayed there before. My main priority in a hotel is comfort and the rooms are excellent - clean, comfortable and quiet and have everything I need. Considering I paid under £100 for my room, value for money was superb. The only downside really is that it is not very close to any tube station. I only had small hand luggage so walking from Bethnal Green was no real problem, but otherwise taxi would be very much the order of the day.

It was in a good location and the staff were helpful I had to go and ask the person on reception to ask the people in the next room to be quiet. There were quite a few people in the room talking, and whilst they were not excessively noisy I was in a room with a connecting door - which had a gap underneath it!! The person on reception sorted this out straight away and there was no more noise, but he pointed out the hotel was full of students so there was nowhere else for me to go! I found out the next morning that there were rooms without connecting doors so if I stay there again - which I might as everything else was fine - I will insist on a room with no connecting door. I stay in hotels around the country and the world, so found the price rather too steep for the level of accommodation provided. And, if having groups of students there - who want to talk as any young people would - is going to be a continuing issue, I will not stay there again I can not answer the question below because it would be a qualified maybe at present

We chose this hotel because of the good comments that he had. We have been delighted London, but we will not return to this hotel. Escogimos este hotel por los buenos comentarios que tenía. Nos ha encantado Londres, pero NO volveremos a este hotel. The hotel was far from the center, although there was good communication bus. They did not change the sheets on the five nights we stayed. The towels were not always clean, so something as basic as a hotel cleaning failed miserably. The hotel has no four-star category and the value is not so positive. Return to London, but never to this hotel.

Room was a reasonable size and clean. The beds were comfy, we were glad we had a side room away from busy main road. The cooked breakfast was good, the continental was poor choice and quality. Free wifi however poor connection There was nothing in the immediate area, it was further out than I thought, which was my mistake. Which meant longer journey on public transport. The walls are very thin. Most staff nice except the very off receptionist on departure, which gave a bad impression of the hotel.

The price of the hotel was very reasonable and you feel like every penny is spent well. The facilities in the rooms are very good, everything you need. However the mini bar could have a bit more to offer other than still or sparkling water. Our room was on the ground floor and you felt that as soon as you opened the door, once the door was shut however it wasn't too bad.

Spotted a deal on Booking.com for £70 Sat night which seemed good for London. Nice, clean hotel - probably a step up from the average Tavelodge etc. Staff were efficient without being overly gushing. Located between Shoreditch and Bethnal Green there didn't appear to be much to do on the immediate doorstep but tube station was only about 10 mins walk or Brick Lane (brilliant world street food market at weekend and possibly in week) similar distance. Whitechapel & Smithfields a bit further. Parking available under hotel for £20 but we found on-street behind hotel which was free from Sat mid afternoon through Sunday. Hotel bar is nice and they do food. Spotted a nice looking Lebanese restaurant in area behind as we left. If you are happy to stay out of the 'thick of it' this is a good value hotel - enjoyed the stay! Nothing really. Would go again and do a bit more research about what's going on in Shoreditch area.

The taxi service they use or contract with is gives unrealistic arrival times. I suggest the hotel should stress the importance to the taxi form of being on time when collecting guests, or in the case of busy periods allow for this and say it will be 10 minutes as opposed to saying 2-3 minutes. Although this is outside of the hotel's direct control, the customer experience of this however does reflect on the hotel, so just something which should be considered and discussed with theh taxi firm
