Days Hotel London Shoreditch

Huoneet tilavat ja siistit.

Hotellin henkilökunnan palvelu oli mitä kauheinta! Olin varannut aamupalan kahdelle henkilölle kahdeksi yöksi (38 puntaa). Kirjautuessani sisään minulle väitettiin ettei mitään aamupalaa olisi varattu tai maksettu, tappelin asiasta todella kauan ja lopulta jouduin itse ostamaan Internet koneen hotellista, maksamaan siitä ja tulostamaan ostoskuitin - mutta ei, eivät he meinanneet uskoa siltikään. En saanut edes Internet rahaa takaisin. Lisäksi henkilökunta ei siinä vaiheessa kiinnittänyt minuun huomiota kun puhuin heille. Aamupala erittäin suppea verrattuna hintaan. Suosittelen ostamaan aamupalan joko kaupungilta tai lähikaupasta. Baarissa oli jotain muutakin hämmenkiä toisen asiakkaan kanssa. En suosittele törkeä palvelu.

When I arrived it was really very cold in London, I arrived late night, and the air-conditioned was off. As a consequence the bedroon was very cold.It could be good to have by this time the bedrron aclimate to an accurate temperature.

Staff were friendly, Hotel very nice, room very clean, no noise pollution, close to public transport, Good Atmosphere and food alright in the Bar/Restaurant.

Could have been a refill of more coffee/tea/milk in the room, stayed for two nights but had to ask for extra, this is only minor thing.

the rooms were nice and clean and it was about 20mins walk to liverpool street station!

they did not state a the time of booking that they take a deposit!!

Room was very comfortable and well furnished, TV, coffe and tes facilities, iron, desk, laptop conexion, enough space for baggage, comfortable bathroom.

The first two days of my stay the internet conexion was out of work, very bad I was in London for business. Anyway when they restored the system they offer me a 24 hours free internet connection for my last day something I really appreciate. We all might have problems the point is the kind of solution you offer to them !!!

The location is excelent, right in the heart of London, and all the public transportation around make it an added-value. The ratio quality/price is quite good. If I go to London again I will certainly try to stay there.

When we arrived, the staff could not find any record of my booking, despite me having a record of booking ref & PIN code etc! .... they lent me their computer to print off my booking from hotmail as proof!

Both myself and my husband really enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and thought the shuttle bus is an excellent idea. Our room was very comfortable and clean and would definately stay here again.
