easy to book and book in, nothing complicated about the place, all facilities in place for reasobaly inexpensive city centre hotel Complications on booking through your web site - offered double room for same price as single, booked through you and confusion at the hotel - they thought I was two people and tried to charge me accordingly. Issue easily resolved however. |

The hotel has perfect location, we didn't need any transport. The room was clean, large and comfortable. In hotel it's very easy to book any excursion in Belfast. Thank you for our good rest. |

Food and waitress service during my evening meal at the hotel. Reception service was very poor. eg when asked directions to the hotel by phone the answer was phone when you get to Belfast. This person was foreign and possibility did not know the driections. When asked how to get to the ferry terminal she obviously did not know. |

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, rate is very good, location excellent for shopping and nite life, parking was free and available next door in public pay carpark and a carvary breakfast was plentiful. |

hotel was quite central yes, bathroom smelled everyday of sewage, room is 110. The room service always came at 8.30 to 9 which was very early and came at time when we were getting ready to go out so one day we asked them to come back but never did. breakfast extremely poor considering i dont eat meat, eggs were powered and tomatoes not cooked, mushrooms were boiled it seemed. |

It was very relaxing,setting was great as it was close to all shops I think it would be better if breakfast was included within the price,instead of being added at the end of our stay |

Excellent location near the city centre and opposite Great Victoria Railway Station,so no need to carry the bags far on arrival or departure. Very clean bathroom. |

Nice room, good location. There was absolutely no water pressure in the shower and it would sporadically begin to make noises during the night. Very disturbing. |

The hotel was central, clean and had good parking. However, on the evening of check in there was quiet a queue waiting to check into the hotel and this process was slow and took some time. A few of the guests were getting stressed about the waiting time and actually took seats because they had been waiting soon long. Staff seemed to be inexperienced and did not know how to deal with a booking through booking.com as i was rang after my stay with them and asked for my credit card details so they could charge me for my stay at the hotel. |

value for money, clean and comfortable The check in desk, bar and restraunt all ran into each other. It had very bright lighting in these areas so having a night in at the hotel as we did because of bad weather was not very relaxing or comfortable. At one point every time the main door opened it was like sitting in a wind tunnel. |

The staff were very friendly and efficient. It was in a very central location with a car park beside it. The twin room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. |
