Cheap rooms yet very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly, shower in the room was great. The hotel is beside a loyalist area which has a terrorist mural on the side of the house. Made things a bit uncomfortable being catholic but didn't come across any trouble.

The hotel was very near to city centre. Carparking was free. The reception staff didn't come across very friendly. Also they did not want to accept cash unless we had photographic id with us which we didn't as we had never been ask to produce id before at any other hotel when paying cash. Some of my friends were staying in a triple room yet there was only two single beds made up when my friend went to tell them at reception they didn't seem to believe her. They eventually came and set up another bed.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was well designed, clean and well furnished although the bed was not the most comfortable I have slept in. The lifts and corridors were clean and tidy most of the time. We had only one meal in the hotel, dinner, it was excellent, well presented and efficiently served by friendly staff. In all an experience I would repeat if I stay in Belfast again. Not6hing

The location was excellent and the staff where pleasant and polite, unfortunately we had to speak with the duty manager on the first day in relation to some very basic needs and the duty manager was very helpful and tried to assure us that he would correct the issues. I felt that the accommodation was poor and unclean, as we had stayed in the Days Hotel in the usa and in comparison it did not match would we had in the usa.

The Days Hotel was central to shopping centre about a 20mins walk and also nearby about a 25mins walk to Linfield game Windsor Park and had local shops and pubs 5mins walk. The rooms were clean and received change of towels daily and bed was comfy so all in all we had a good time.

Had a wonderful stay. Was allowed to check in really early (was really tired from to journey so it was just fantastic to be able to fall into bed right away), staff was friendly & helpful, breakfast (included) was great, room was clean & spacious, very reasonably priced, location is brilliant (across the street from major train/bus station, tour bus stops at the door, very close to Belfast City airport), free wifi was fast & reliable. 24hr bar has a menu but most things in it are unavailable after the kitchen closes. No satellite tv.

Good location in city. Parked car on arrival and didn't use again until we left Belfast. Good access to restaurants, etc. Price was right. Area around hotel is starting to get a bit run down, which may deter some potential customers at night. However, we didn't have any problems. Rooms and hallways in hotel are beginning to look a bit worn but a littlle TLC could fix that.

We have stayed here before on other trips to belfast. We use the train so the hotels location is excellent, beside the train station. Rooms are clean and spacious and fresh. Has all you need and does the job well. Only grip is the breakfast. Hot and cold buffet, but standard not great. Only grip is the breakfast. Hot and cold buffet, but standard not great. Also reading material in rooms about Belfast would be beneficial.

The hotel is central which we wanted and there was parking which was great. We forgot our toothpaste and staff were helpful at that point. Small things make a difference. The breakfast was very good. The staff were rushed off their feet so it felt like a supermarket - but you get what you pay for! The window wouldn't close in our room and though someone came to help eventually, we had gone to bed by then ( about 11) and my son just had to put up with the draught. He was ok.

Great value, Location & service. Rooms basic but clean. Booked two twin rooms, 710 & 712, both equally fine. The upkeep in the rooms could do with attention ie: Crack in wall ( 710 ) & shower trays in both room. Other then that this hotel is excellent value & will return. High praise should be passed on to the barman on duty ( 3/5/12 ) . He was extremely busy ( on his own ) & nothing was a problem. Went down for breakfast @ 10.30am & they had finished serving. In my opinon this is way too early..
