Cheap rooms yet very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly, shower in the room was great. The hotel is beside a loyalist area which has a terrorist mural on the side of the house. Made things a bit uncomfortable being catholic but didn't come across any trouble.

Convenient, good value for money, very comfortable bed and bright well lit room. A small problem with `hen/stag `parties making a lot of noise in corridors and bedrooms after 1am. Could they be put on different floors from other guests? TV in room very outdated and poor quality pictues.

Free parking, very hard to get a hotel in belfast city center that one has a car park on its grounds but is also free. Other hotels do have hotels but the charge can be an extra 10 pounds and are 5 - 10 min walk from hotel. All good

Location of hotel was spot on being right next to the city centre after only a few yards of walking. The meals were excellent with the chef paying particular attention to detail as well as quality. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Taxi's were easily bookable via the free phone on reception and relatively cheap to anywhere in the city. All in all Days Hotel is highly recommended and we would certainly stay there again. No instructions with the various options available on the TV for movie viewing etc and one of the bed side lights was broken.

Great location near the city's main train and bus station (Great Victoria Street). It was easy to walk to all the city sites and a street with good restaurants and pubs (including the Crown) was practically around the corner. The place was very clean, good bathroom and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic for the price! The mattress could probably do with replacing but I still slept ok.

WiFi was a joke, it didn't work in our room. Sometimes we could use it in the corridor and sometimes we could use it in the reception.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Staff are rude and unhelpful. The hairdryer was not working. I have called the house keeping for three times. No one has ever come. Who ever make the room did not do the job properly. I found a cable and battery (i.e. rubbish) under the pillow! The room has poor sound proof and we have noisy neighbour who party at 3am. We have asked to change to another room the next morning. The reception said it was quite full on that day and ask us to clear the room before we go out so that they can arrange another room for us. We pack our stuff accordingly but when we came back, they gave us the same room. The reception did not even say sorry. If you plan to go to Belfast, don't stay in Days Hotel!

Location is ideal for nightlife or popping into the town centre. Also one of the other benefits for us, and why we always try to get into the Days Hotel is the car parking. Many of your competitors do not have their own car park and the fact that you have, is a major benefit to us. My only critcism would be the sound proofing. I was really surprised at how clear/loud the cars in the street were even though we were on the 8th floor. Also, the beds, they must have some kind of plastic sheeting on because they creak alot and the slightest movement in the night, wakes up your partner - not good!

It was a nice hotel for a weekend away but out of all the hotels I have ever stayed in it was the only one that had a 24 hour snack menu service but when I tried to order a sandwich at 6.30in the evening I was told that I couldn't have 1 when I asked why I was told the chef was a bit strange he wasn't making them

Right in the center of Belfast, close to the Europa bus station. Very nice staff - especially the bartender :) A little expensive, but with clean and comfortable rooms.
