Cheap rooms yet very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly, shower in the room was great. The hotel is beside a loyalist area which has a terrorist mural on the side of the house. Made things a bit uncomfortable being catholic but didn't come across any trouble.

The hotel was very near to city centre. Carparking was free. The reception staff didn't come across very friendly. Also they did not want to accept cash unless we had photographic id with us which we didn't as we had never been ask to produce id before at any other hotel when paying cash. Some of my friends were staying in a triple room yet there was only two single beds made up when my friend went to tell them at reception they didn't seem to believe her. They eventually came and set up another bed.

Location great ,parking so convenient and free.We went to shows in the Waterfront and the Ulster hall no problems parking as both within walking distance,the same applied to shopping.Rooms were lovely choice of breakfast great. The only one would be food at breakfast could have been hotter and the coffee machine in the bar was luke warm would have hated to have been a milk user.

staff lovely very helpfull.we had lovely evening meal would recomended to friends. there was just 1 complaint and that was in shower cubicle.the holder for shower gel was filthy .it really just needed to be sprayed and washed

I always stay in the days hotel when i come to belfast, it is clean and tidy and there is everything you could need. They have good parking and if you don't drive the train station is just across the road. Breakfast is good and all you can eat...... I love staying at this hotel......

Convenient location adjacent to the city centre. Excellent breakfast. Free parking in a nearby public carpark. Excellent value for money. On a Friday night overnight stay we arrived back in the bar/restaurant area at 11.30pm to find a lengthy cue at the bar. There was one very pleasant efficient lady on duty who was clearly over worked. Not only was she expected to serve drinks but she was also expected to distribute meals from the kitchen. Over a one hour period there was on average a queue of 12-14 people at the bar with an average waiting time of 20 minutes waiting on a drink. My wife and I eventually gave up in frustration and went to bed. Tempers were frayed amongst a few of the other customers as well. I stress this was clearly not the fault of the lady who was working there rather the fault of those in charge of determining staffing levels

Very good location to train station and of course the shops. The staff were friendly the hotel is clean but basic but has all the necessities for a shortbreak. Breakfast was lovely and we also had dinner on the Saturday night could see no faults

The staff in the hotel were really helpful and friendly - nothing was a bother to them. Location and price were also terrific - I would greatly recommend this hotel to anyone - a really lovley stay! I enjoyed everything about this hotel!

Convenient to city centre and city airport Hotel needs a good deep clean in most frequently used areas eg. Corridors leading to rooms were really scruffy and dirty, carpet in our bedroom could have been a lot cleaner.

Hotel was very convenient to all places of interest, easy reach by public transport, its just behind the Victoria Train and Bus station. Also beside car park. Rooms very quiet and comfortable. Would stay in hotel again when I re visit Belfast as its a lovely city to visit. .
