The Polish staff were excellent, one problem however, was with the dinner. I ordered a Christmas Dinner and when it was presented to me there were actual sausages on the place and very little christmas cheer!! I had to wait 15/20 minutes before I could order a different meal, seemingly the Chef had a problem with me refusing to eat his meal, this did ruin the meal for the family as all the others had finished before I got served. I did ask for the Manager but he refused to come out to me, maybe you could look into this for me! Otherwise a lovely hotel and I would consider coming back to you. Please let me have a reply to the question of the dinner, look forward to hearing from you.Kay |

Near the centre (location), price value, good food bill was paid in advance by creditcard, but no creditcard pre-authorization was made. We could not charge our dinner to the room, even though we were told we could at the reception |

The free parking and the luggage room. Also the hotel staff were very nice - they minded my laptop while I went shopping so I didnt have to worry about it been safe. The "snacks" that were served at the bar - E.g steak burger, panini etc...were all done in a microwave... They have a restaurant just beside the bar so we expected the food to be cooked fresh but it was heated up in a microwave. |

Hotel location, Staff, and Decor, were all perfect, and you serve a very good pint of Guinness in the hotel Bar. I did not like The smell in the bedroom, I'm not sure how to describe the smell other than something like "Deep Heat ointment" or a strong smell of that nature. I would also have liked the option of a smoking room. |

the locathion is very good and the car parking was great, however the locality, in partiular the view from the room was intimidating and would make one feel uncomfortible. i did not like the bar, there was no atmosphere. |

I liked the location and the value for money. At that price, I didn't expect to be so close to the city centre. I thought the foyer/lobby area could have been decorated more comfortably, and the room was a little musty. |

Just slightly off the city centre but within easy walk of shops cafe's bars restaurants etc. Right on the fringe of a enclave (mural and all at entrance to estate) across the road from the hotel |

Staff were friendly, the meals were excellent and the hotel was central to shops, pubs and restaurants...I'll certainly be using The Days again. |
