Bien situé, chambre assez grande. Serviette pas propre à l'arrivé. Trop trop bruyant.

Nice room, good location. There was absolutely no water pressure in the shower and it would sporadically begin to make noises during the night. Very disturbing. |

The hotel was central, clean and had good parking. However, on the evening of check in there was quiet a queue waiting to check into the hotel and this process was slow and took some time. A few of the guests were getting stressed about the waiting time and actually took seats because they had been waiting soon long. Staff seemed to be inexperienced and did not know how to deal with a booking through booking.com as i was rang after my stay with them and asked for my credit card details so they could charge me for my stay at the hotel. |

value for money, clean and comfortable The check in desk, bar and restraunt all ran into each other. It had very bright lighting in these areas so having a night in at the hotel as we did because of bad weather was not very relaxing or comfortable. At one point every time the main door opened it was like sitting in a wind tunnel. |

The staff were very friendly and efficient. It was in a very central location with a car park beside it. The twin room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. |

Food was lovely, reception staff where very efficient, facilities good. Some staff in restaurant where a bit rude and scared me. Although one young blonde girl was a delight! I know its not the fault of the hotel, but the smell outside it may put some people off. And there was also hairs under the sheet in the bed.. |

Close to all shops, easy to get to. When checking out staff at the reception could be more friendly. |

It is handy to the City Centre and Work. Free available car parking is an important factor for me. The standard of restaurant food has improved recently which all adds to the value of the package. |

The location of the hotel is very central and close to public transport links, bars/restaurants & shops. The noise level at night was a bit offputting. Our room was on the Sandy Row side of the hotel so we had a lot of traffic noise but the main problem was noise from the adjoining rooms and corridors. If I stay there again I think I would ask for a room higher up in the hotel rather than on the first floor. The bed was a little uncomfortable too so it was ok for one night but I don't think I could have slept more than one night in it. |

Nice spacious clean room with a big shower. Bar was a bit pricy especially the bar food which was all micro meals but wasn't stated on the menu. Menu states "flame grilled burger" not "micro burger"!!!! |

It was close to the centre and had a fantastic car park which was free and secure and had plenty of parking spaes. Breakfast was served until 11am which was excellent. Not much room or comfort in main bar. Not great smoking facility's outside hotel |

Hotel is in an excellent location for the Europa train and bus station. (Cost of transport from the airport is £10 return on the airport 300 bus). From the hotel you can easily walk to all the major attractions and the city centre. Its also very close to the famous Crown Pub! We did not have breakfast included at the hotel but there are several small cafes etc that serve a full breakfast for as little as £2.99. The city sightseeing hop on hop off bus also picks up nearby. Ideal for a city break! There wasn't anything to not like about this hotel! |

Internet in lobby was fairly priced at £1 per 20 mins, rooms spotless, free parking adjoining hotel Room was not cleaned unless you put out a sign on the door but nobody mentioned this on checking in. Also bulb in lamp beside bed was faulty and power of shower was rather poor, otherwise all good. |
