I thought the food was good and the breakfast was layed out for a quick bite without having to wait Only one although its just my preferance I would have liked a bath rather than a shower in my room however the bathroom was very clean and tidy |

The room was lovely. It was very spacious and comforting. The en Suite was lovely. Loads of room. It was clean and beautifully presented. Our room was facing out onto the uvf area of belfast that was very off putting for people from the republic. The car park was more like a public car park and I did not feel like my car would be safe there. The staff were friendly enough but I did not feel as welcome as I would of expected. |

The hotel met all my expectations other than the charge for net aaccess in my room. I think that it is unwarrented and i will most certainly attempt to find a hotel that has complementary net access. |

It's central location was ideal for easy access to all the city's main attractions. Due to the time of year, i.e marching season, my wife and guests found the immediate area around the hotel to be very intimadating. In particular the hughe Bonfire which was been erected in the carpark directly outside our hotel window, in which our cars had been parked. |

central location, free car parking, nice clean room too close to loyalist area, intimidating, outdoor disco at the corner of hotel car park, so loud i couldnt sleep and feared my car would be damaged. hotel fine but not during july because of marches. |

the location was perfect for my needs but some people may find the area a little overwelming especially if travelling alone. Overall the hotel was lovely and i would recommend it for weekend breaks etc as the twin room that i had was quite small but would suit friends etc. |

Convienence to city centre, clean, well organised There was loud music outside, I do not know whether it came from hotel where the staff car park area was. Or from where the children were in the car park |

The room was very comfortable and the staff were extremely pleasant to myself and my 8 year old daughter My daughter was a bit upset that 'coco pops' weren't on the breakfast menu. We had had them in Days Galway! The check in was a bit confusing as it had not been explained why the £30 deposit was put on my account! |

Very close to all the Central Belfast tourist spots - Belfast Wheel, City Hall, both theatres, the shopping areas and easy access to take the bus tours. Hotel is a typical Travel Inn style with not too many frills but we only wanted a centrally based room for the night & breakfast. |
