The staff were friendly and efficient and there was free car parking The car parking situation was a little confusing. It would be worth putting a note on the website pointing out the entrance to the carpark and the procedure. |

This was, without doubt the worst hotel stay have ever experienced.The waiting staff were rude when we tried to order food. Even though last orders were 10pm, we were rushed at 9pm. The waitress slammed the food on the table and ignored requests. There was excrement on the walls of the main hall and the worst thing is the bed had fleas which were passed to me. |

We were accomadated with a family room afterwards. This was a double room with a fold out bed and travel cote with no mattress. |

For a city centre hotel it is good value for money. The bed was very comfortable. As it's a new hotel it isn't shabby. I stayed two nights and the room wasn't cleaned or the bed made up on the second day. The bedding comprised a continental quilt so this didn't present a real problem. The lifts were very small. To get to them you had to walk through the dining area. The entrance to the hotel wasn't obvious and wasn't signposted. Storage space in the room was very limited and there weren't any drawers. |

It was very central and near the city centre. The rooms were very comfortable & very clean. We booked in for an extra night but could not get a room at the same price we had booked on the internet. |

Close to the city centre Lifts were too small and overworked. Internet access would not work in the rooms. Cooked breakfast was greasy. I would recommend this hotel with reservations as explained above. |
