Nails at d edge of d bed, had a scratch
Location was good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Rooms are modern and decorated nicely. Very good shower. Food was good and the the staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking and Wifi.
I was is room 150 towards the rear of the hotel quite close to the train track so I did hear trains quite loudly. The bathroom was in need of a deep clean, there were marks on the bathroom floor and side of the sink that needed scrubbing clean.
Very welcoming foyer, excellent receptionist who acknowledged us with a smile and "Won't keep you a moment," whilst dealing with another client. That impresses me. Huge bedroom and bed. Good value evening meal, plenty of free parking. Very clean throughout.
Can't think of anything.
The size of the room.
The food was poor, both dinner and breakfast.
The views around the hotel and it is quite to rest peacefully. The hotel inside, setting impressive indeed.
Driving to the hotel entrance was not easy to locate
Ease of access from M1 Good size room short taxi ride to Edgeware tube station
Generally a good family stay as a base for exploration of London. Taxi service to the tube very good, and would recommend to all family's.
The staff where so quick and efficient getting us checked into our rooms. The rooms themselves where great, very spacious and beds where extremely comfortable, will most certainly be staying in the future
good value...got a deal. comfy beds, big room, clean.
food could have been a bit hotter at breakfast time.
Price was £300 for 3 nights,2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast and evening meal was free for kids. Friendly and helpful staff
Hotel was some distance from edgeware tube, but taxi service was excellent £5 for all of us and taxi arrived in minutes each time
Food was very slow at arriving to table. They ran out of plates at breakfast
Even given location room was quiet, bed comfy
Only 1 bottle water, 1 breakfast bar, online requested a smoking room after arrival none available only twin, only 1 breakfast tea bag, as was 2 people in room we was not impressed
Would like breakfast abit cheaper
The beds were perfect
Good price. Pleasant staff. Clean hotel.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank every member of staff at the above hotel. I do not often write reviews, however I feel self complied to write one on this occasion. I had an excellent service from the time I stepped into the hotel till the time I stepped out. The receptionists, both on arrival and departure, were very helpful, kind, informative, professional and efficient. The waiter and the chef at the restuarant were brilliant. I am a vegan and, the two gentlemen made every effort to creat a delicious tailor made vegan dinner meal for me. The room and general deco is very contemporary, very clean and tidy and the facilities are excellent. The atmosphere was brilliant and I slept like a baby. It was so good that I overslept and missed breakfast as a result. My short stay was great value for money. I could have paid twice as much for such a wonder experience. At first I was impressed, and then, I was very impressed. Thank you very much and well done.
That I had to leave the hotel. I could so easyly spend all my life there :):):)!!!
Convenient from Motorway
No welcome pack or biscuits in room and booked an executive room
location price friendliness comfort
noise lack of soap only liquid in a tube fixed to wall
Bed is comfortable, bathroom clean and easy to use
Food is only average
I do like the hotel. I like the rooms and because I am smoker I am happy that Ramada can offer it.
I do not like some if the staff who works on the reception. They have not got much experiance. Always told me different procedure. They are not enough competent and some of the male staff shows a lot of attitude which for me personally is not acetiable. I do not like the shower gel which provided on the bathrooms.
Cleanliness and manager helpful. Restaurant and breakfast also good.
Rooms we had on the ground floor incredibly hot. Air-conditioning wasn't working properly so had to borrow fans from reception. Manager was helpful but after he left, other staff unfortunately seemed to have little interest. After a long journey, good sleep was very important for us all but simply wasn't possible as the rooms were too warm and as on the ground floor the windows were unable to be opened either!
lovely spacious room, very helpful friendly staff and nice restaurant
quiet and clean
can not get through from the other side of the railway
We stayed here as a couple. In July when, we went to see eminem. Really enjoyed our stay! Would love to come back!
Was a little to far from the heart of London. Cost us a lot in travel.
The modern hotel and friendly staff
Breakfast include no matter what
