It is always clean and although in the past have had issues with room thermostats this time there were no problems. For me hotel is clean good value and well located. Staff are always helpful

Train noise - one actually rattled the building in the night! Also, why should I have to ring for batteries for the remote control; shouldn't Housekeeping be spotting this when servicing the room?

Easy to find as long as you have a car, getting into London by train or Tube not easy. Surprisingly quiet even though Motorway on one side and Main line train line on the other. Very comfortable bed.

De locatie van het hotel en de parkeerfacikliteiten Geen personeel die een idee heeft wat "service"betekent Zeer slecht en karig ontbijt, zeker voor de prijs wat ervoor betaald moet worden. Personeel, afkomstig van buiten de UK, sprak zeer slecht en onverstaanbaar Engels.
