Great location, right next to bars and cinema, not far from casino, shops and train station. Staff was very friendly, did anything for you. Big spacious room and very clean. The shower wasn't powerful but was clean and hot and was no wifi in room but we stayed there for 2 nights and for two nights I couldn't ask for anything better and we will return
cant believe here are still smoking rooms
Friendly, helpful staff .
The area is really nice.
Hotel is dated. Bed dipped in the middle. Hotel really noisy
Could hear hear the wind all night coming through the windows, was a bit cold also the radiator didnt heat the room.
Reception and check in were fine and up to standard. Great location in the Mailbox
> Dirty stained carpets taped together all along the corridor. Empty bottles lining the corridor all day. Room was spacious but carpet unclean, sideboard and table dusty, walls and ceiling covered in stains. Bed very old and uncomfortable.
Everything except the bed
The bed was awful and uncomfortable which made for a poor nights sleep . A premier inn bed beats it hands down but the rooms and bathrooms are better than the premier inn . And in this day and age wi fi should be free.
The towels smelt of grease.
The view was amazing from our room of the complex will defiantly staying again.
The room smelled like cigarettes. There were no rooms available to swap to do it was a take it or leave it decision we had to make! We were staying on the top floor which had dirty marks on all the walls. The carpet and the furniture in the hallway were disgusting. I was really surprised as I have stayed 3 times before in the last 2 years and never experienced anything like this stay. I won't be staying again!
Just poor in many ways
Great Location and lovely view from the room.
Room was outdated.
Cheap and clean
No choice of pillows, far too thick to be comfortable so had to sleep with no pillow at all.
Price, location, size of room, iron in the room
Room décor was a bit dated.
The location is great and the beds were nice and comfy. The staff were friendly enough.
The room was a bit musty smelling as I think it was a smoking room (ashtray available and no non smoking signs). The hotel it's self was a bit shabby but it was still excellent value for money.
General state of corridors leading to room look tired. Gaffer tape has been used to join the carpet!!! Smell of cigarette smoke in room. Ironing board broken in the room.
The location was great
It was booked for a cople but had 2 single beds. room dint smell nice and was cold i also had to pay alot for car parking
Location great . Staff friendly and helpful .
No longer fully validate parking . Breakfast option expensive .
The price & the location inbetween all the bars. Taxi wasn't needed
The bed was really uncomfortable which dipped in the middle. Woke up with a bad back. The shower had hair in like it hadn't been cleaned
Brilliant location - on the canal with easy access to Brindley Place and short walks to the ICC, Symphony Hall etc. Canny restaurants close by
Central location and bars and restaurants in close proximity
Rooms were basic and decor in halls in real need of updating. You can tell this is a franchised hotel. Really lets the ramada name down in my opinion!
Staff very good Excellent location
TV not working
Tv signal didn't work!
Staff friendly Good drinks facilities
