I liked how close it was to the restaurants near by How expensive the parking was. And the choice for a buffet breakfast not very good really.

Location near canal and main bars and shops great value for money with free tickets for Cadbury's world.Room had balcony windows over canal really nice view. No signs for hotel or car park and spent an hour driving round trying to find them. Inside hotel there were no signs for reception either and had to take a lift up to another floor to find it. Some ripped carpets in corridor with no hazard tape could be sorted to avoid tripping.

The hotel location was excellant as was the Receptionist who greeted us in a professional way. So all in all a great place to stay and a great location for dining ou, our a walk along the canal and for shopping at the city Bull Ring. The rooms are too hot. The bed and mattress need replacing and the pillows are lumpy. Need toiletries in the bathroom.

Location is very good. 5 mins from train station. Good restaurants and shopping. The reception staff are very professional and friendly. The view from my room was great. It looked out over the canal and restaurants. No wifi in the bedrooms. Bedrooms could do with a facelift. They were not bad, but looked a little "used".

Rooms clean and well appointed, with good facilities. Staff were friendly. It was ideally located for the city with restaurants and the canal adjacent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend it to friends. Accessing the hotel was a little difficult by car.We went around a couple of times trying to find a way in. Staff were a little unsure of directions to places and Maps similar to the ones we found in the library would be helpful. We could not find the O2 Academy and it was not on the hotel map and reception sent us to the wrong place. It would have been better to say I don't know. We were not duly upset by this we just feel it could improve what is a good hotel.

Location Staff were very rude and dismissive with their every answer! Ask for an extra duvet as it was bitterly cold and the duvet size are only suitable for midgets, kept getting a reply no one has a key to that cupboard! This was my 5th stay here and by far the worst. Rooms were dusty, carpet was very very dirty, I have been bitten by something whilst in one of you rooms, I would like my money back asap!

comfortable bed, large tv, nice bathroom with shampoo, ironing facilities in your room and hairdryer. Breakfast was enjoyable. The view out of the window, also the windows didn't open very wide. I personally don't like milk in those tiny cartons but that is just being picky. The bar area was basic with only bottled beers.

It was close to the town centre. It was impossible to find it even whilst within the mail box. May be direction signs?? There was no wifi in rooms apart from the cafe, which is a shame for a business traveler who has not brought internet plug ins. Carpets need updating and make it clear at the time of booking that there is no bath. 13 pounds is way overpriced for a continental breakfast.
