La cercania a los centros comerciales en Birmingham No tiene aircon. No tiene minibar. El secador de pelo no funciona por mas de unos segundos y se apaga automaticamente. |

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la localización del hotel y la facilidad desde el hotel de poder visitar a pie todas las zonas más interesantes de Birmingham. Que no tiene calefacción. |

The staff were very helpful and informative, location was very good for access to the centre of birmingham. My room was right above the cafe rouge restaurant - which was not detailed in the hotel booking information. Having travelled from Sunderland after a day at work all I wanted was a decent nights sleep, but the restaurant kept me awake until after midnight. To make matters worse a group of people in the room next door to me started a party at about 3.15 am which lasted until 4.45am, all in all a pretty miserable night in a very expensive, budget hotel! |

Pleasent staff who were always very helpful, directing me to the hotel The card for my door did not work a first few times, the hotel was not signposted properly and i was literally waiting outside for a friend and still had to ring the hotel to find out how to get there. Apart from that it was fine |

Convenience. Very good location. Nice people to deal with. 2 Things - the bathroom gets completely up after only a short shower. The staff at breakfast were good but the process was poor. Not enough seats, people having to wait (ar £13.00 pounds a head!) or expeceted to eat in the lobby or on lounge sofa's. The area was a victory for style over function. I have stopped in many hotels on business and cannot believe the manager has missed this issue at breakfast time. |

Nice room, great location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Went to a gig at National Indoor Arena. Easy 10 min walk from hotel. Would not hesitate staying here again |

The staff were very friendly and the location was perfectly situated for the purpose of our trip (I.E.) a concert at the nia. The room was clean and tidy The room was cold and the radiator did not heat the room adequately. There was also no biscuits to accompany a cup of tea or coffe and we did not have a shower cap. |

Accomodation was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and attentive. Card provided for entrance to our hotel room did not work well with the sensor. We wasted between 10 and 15 minutes each time we wanted to enter our room. |

location the mattress in the room was old and uncomfortable, with broken springs, protruding. Room 413 needs a new mattress - try mattresses at Melia White House London if you want to know what a comfortable mattress in a hotel is. |

The staff were helpful and friendly.In general the hotel is clean and the relation between price and quality is fair though more attention could be given to removing stains on the carpets in the hallway and brown marks on the grouting in the showers. We stayed for 2 nights in rooms on the 3rd floor. After the first night we asked to change room because the mattress was really bad because its springs were broken. The mattress on the second night was better. It seems the hotel was already aware of the problem because the receptionist told us that they had had complaints about mattresses on the 4th floor. I would have thought that having decent mattresses would be a priority for the hotel. |
