The man that checked me in was very welcoming and helped me to my room with my bags and would not accept a tip. Also, the room was very spacious. My room looked out onto the very noisy main road so I could hardly sleep. The room was also very, very hot - no air con and no fans in the room. Couldn't leave the windows open as the road was so noisy. Also, no phone in room so I couldn't call reception to ask if they had a fan and couldn't call them the next morning to ask for help with my bags. Luckily I had bought my own food as there was no room service and I don't like sitting in a bar/restaurant on my own. I will not be using or recommending this hotel. |

No sorry ! Although must confess the food in the restaurant was quite good Felt and looked like at one time it was a lot better than it currently is-door to room had been recently forced and was damage to surrounding door frame-carpet old and stained and bed linen not entirely clean-did actually sleep on top of bed-very warm no air con or fan facilities-window of room was directly overlooking pavement on a busy main road-so couldn,t open due to noise, smell and security risk-lighting in room was very poor and not all worked-some fittings were broken and just left. |

It was just an over night stay, so we had a meal and a couple of drinks that was it. The food was beautiful The hotel is out of date and needs a good revamp in interior. |

Hotel has a good parking and was near to city. We thought cleanliness is not that as is offered by a 3 star hotel (carpet was with lot of dust). Bed duvet had stains. |

Straight forward, no hassle, parking, close to Balti district and centre. No soap or shampoo in room. |

Comfortable room, friendly staff, accessible to Birmingham Centre by rail. Evening meal very nice, although a little overpriced. No telephone in room. TV remote control not working. Restaurant decor tired and uninviting. |

The staff were friendly and the hotel was fairly central and easy to get to The hotel is desperate for a re-furb. Its stuck in the eighties. There was little or no atmosphere. A trendy bar and restaurant would encourage more custom |

It was in an ideal location, ease of access to the city centre was important The matress was one of the most uncomfortable I have slept on, it was OK for one night but I couldn't have stayed a second night |
