A few minutes from the centre (one stop by train), large and free car park. Quality rooms, very clean, very friendly, good value for money. |

Staff were friendly and helpful No vodka at the bar even though the staff member had said they run out the night before, glasses all over tables, waiting and check in for staff member to complete bar service, too little staff |

The hotel was better than expected for the cheap price we were paying. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Also only 10 minutes from Villa Park and the town centre made for a good weekend. |

The hotel staff were prompt in booking taxis. It was meant to have a no smoking policy, yet it was obvious from the smell and the smokeness coming from the corridor this was not adhered to. Also when you looked out of the window alot of cigarette ends were in the guttering. |

The location was fantastic for Birmingham City Centre and the NEC/Airport. Hotel had everything we needed for a budget weekend get-away. Free parking really helped too. |

A. No lift, all stairs. B. Staff did not serve a meal for my grandson, so after 50 min I had to ask for my money back and get the local take away to deliver a meal for him. No reasson given for not serving him his meal. |

I liked that it was next to a train station. A taxi was booked for us and it was called to chase it up when it was late. |

Good location for where I was working and close to railway line. Nice friendly staff. comfortable bed. Clean room and lots of hot water. Would have liked some more TV channels as a freeview box or channels cannot be that expensive. Needs a redecoration as looking a little dated. |

The hotel (my room) was located overlooking a main road and was very noisy. The hotel advertises having "satalite tv" in the rooms....it doesn't!! As this was the main reason I chose this hotel, as I was working nights at the weekend and just wanted to watch the football in peace on Sunday afternoon, I found this most disappointing. I didn't arrive until 8pm and it was too late to find another hotel....if i'd have had time, I would have done! |

The bed was comfortable & staff were extremely helpful. wouldn't of paid any more than the £35 we paid for it. Half the light bulbs were missing, hotel was empty. It's a shame that the hotel has been left to run down. It has so much potential. |

Very decent double bed room. Clean. Shower was powerful and hot; I know and you know it's important. No trouble from neighbours, no noise. For £39 (not including breakfast) it's good value for money. |

It was a very brief stay (under 12 hours), but we were happy with the hotel. I can never sleep at hotels...but the other 3 managed fine. Price was a steal....£16 per person (we chose breakfast elsewhere).I'd rate the hotel 7/10. They ask for an extra £60 deposit in case you damage anything upon checking in. Pool table in the bar could do with new cloth :-) |

I found your staff very helpful. The rooms are wonderful. Having stayed in a Premier Inn in Birmingham, I feel your rooms and hotel was far superior. |

It is secluded and reserved. In a quiet area. There is no cooling system in the rooms. Not even ordinary fan and we are in summer! Also the windows are facing the main road so you can not keep them openanytime of the day because of noise and security. |

The price. The room was noisy and humid. Unable to open windows due to traffic noise as room was feet from the main road. |
