A very helpful receptionist. The room was rather cool on arrival and the heater only slowly raised the temperature. Towels were changed even when left on the rail to be reused the following day.

It is located conveniently for business; it has improved considerably over the last year or so; it is often possible to get a deal. The manager pays attention to detail, this is essential for successful hospitality. I hear you have made the manager redundant and appointed a new manager over 4 Days Inns. I fear that this will result in a deterioration as it is difficult to give personal attention to detail in four different locations.

We choose this hotel for its location and value for money on our trip to Manchester to see Peter Kay. The hotel is close to White Rose shopping centre (approx 8miles) and Leeds ikea and other shops and resturants off junction 28. Room was clean and had everything u would need for a one night stop to rest your head. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good basic accomodation at a reasonable price. Some minor faults ie cracks to wash basin, toilet not properly cleaned, hook to back of bathroom door not secure. Nothing of a particularly serious nature and our stay was generally satisfactory.

The ease of travel to and from Manchester Airport. Being able to commute easily to business meetings in both Bradford and Leeds cities. Being able to relax at the end of busy days. The smell of cigarette on entering and leaving the hotel and also through the air venting system in the bathroom.

The tv had a good choice of channels. Reception staff extremely cheerful and helpful. Reasonable rate It was a pain getting to the hotel and from, you had to go quite a long way round if you were the other side of the motorway. Made taxi fairs expensive! Rooms smelt of damp, one friend had to change rooms completely. When they complained the receptionist knew which room so obviously had received complaints before, which was disappointing.

The staff at the reception was friendly and helpfull. Inthge middle of the night, the room phone rang 3 times at aregular interval waking me up and reception asking me if I rang. When I replied no, the reception said oh! There must me problem with the phone. This doesn't make sense when they rang the room 3 times. The room had smell and could have been aired and made fresh., As mentioned above, I was woken up 3 time and did not get enough sleep.

Good, 7.7
Score from 783 reviews
“Perfect location if arriving by train as it is directly opposite the station. It is central to the city, amongst all the shops and night life but very quiet in the rooms and I had one facing a busy road. Clean rooms and the one I had was a very good size. Was able to leave luggage securely on my last day whilst I went shopping.” Jeanne, Wigan |
