Easy to get to from the motorway. Stressfree staff. Good welcome

Convenient location beside the motorway, but quiet.

It was all fine.

Very helpful staff, well thought-out room facilities, fresh decor, it was fine.

Happened to coincide with a coach party at breakfast time - it got very crowded in there.

Executive room was wonderful and bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Location for us as mid point of trip was great. Breakfast was very adequate and very fresh and good.

Small bed in regular double room. Could not get mix of water to comfortable temperature in shower. Food at service center very disappointing - food had been out and warm and looked very tired.

We love staying here because it is half way between the beginning and the end of our journey. The staff are efficient and pleasant. The room is clean and there is everything you need. No fuss. The price is excellent. Parking always been fine. It does what it says on the tin.

My partner said he found the mattress uncomfortable. I didn't however. All fine for me. We were both hot but that was the weather more than the room I think.

Motel was very tired and required a complete make over, it is assumed that the Gordano services will be completely refurbished very soon. Saying that for a one night stopover on the M5 the sheets were clean and staff very pleasant. The breakfast was good value.

The hotel was conveniantly situated for Tarr Steps, Badminton and Princetown where we were visiting over the weekend.

I didn't like not knowing about the fees charged for dogs before I arrived. We found the hotel on the dogfriendly website and when I booked there was no mention of extra charges for dogs.

Disliked that room 101 in the corridor of 101-110 had no "No smoking" sign and Tue corridor stank of smoke. Bit tired looking Water feature outside has visible hose pipes

Location,perfect if you want to break your journey to the South West or Wales. Room clean and functional. Dog friendly as well!

Bath rather shallow. Hot vwater only warm. Booking system did not recognise thgat families would need rooms next to each other - the recptionist on duty had to try to sort this out for us and another guest. Also putting a family with one child into an Executive room - didn't work.

Everything was satisfactory.

The bed in room 4 has had its day.

The room was large and the bed very comfy. the quilt wasn't so heavy that you couldn't move under it!

The chair in the room and the cover on the bed settee were quite badly stained which made it feel a wee bit dirty which is a shame because the room itself including ensuite were lovely and clean.

Good, clean, value for money room with normal service station facilities across the road. Ideal for an overnight break.

Stewed, overly strong coffee as part of breakfast.

I liked the spacious clean room. I liked the fact that there were such things as hair dryer, soap and a hot drinks tray included.It's so demoralising when the room is stripped bare of all but bed. I liked having a bath as well as shower.All in all a very pleasant stay.

nothing really...oh to few milks in the room... I know in the reception had them but its a pain to have to get dressed to get one...
