Very clean room at reasonable price, located just off motorway in service station so easy to find and for getting around the city. Staff were very polite and the whole experience was a pleasure. The one and only problem was sound proofing. Were woken early in the morning by very heavy footed people in the room over head, maybe the cleaner? However this didnt really affect our stay. |

We had informed the hotel on booking on the internet that we would not be arriving until late evening. It was good that this had been noted and we received a warm welcome at reception. There could have been a problem if a lot of people had booked breakfast as there were very few tables. |

The hotel was being refusbished and there was a strong smell of paint throughtout. The parking area is not ideal and the actual entrance can't easily be seen/found. There also was a room in my corridor that had been left open during the night with a WC in the middle and open windows. I would have wanted to be told that they were undegoing refurbishment and would have chosen not to stay there. |

Normally stay at Travel Lodge because of two dogs. Very similar to travelodge although Days don't charge for dogs. Used as overnight stop whilst travelling from Norwich to Lands End. Better choice of food at services than at travel lodge sites. |

Good informative staff, no hassle booking, we were able to have our young dog with us which was the main reason we chose days, and it was a nice relaxing atmosphere which made a long journey more comfortable thankyou, |

It was a good value stop over, convenient for the airport, and despite being situated at a service station, remarkably quiet at night. Beds were a bit on the soft side, but thats a personal opinion really. |

Internet service in lobby very unreliable for Email. (Kept freezing up) Croissants at breakfast generally 'too heavy' Some initial problem on checking in, over whether booking rate included breakfast -code required changing. |

Location, the welcome was good and efficient, the room was fine, we slept well. This is not a complaint but the following is offered in a constructive sense - only a few very minor niggles: no bath mat to step out onto - shampoo/soap dispensers too rigid for older hands, squeezing them was difficult - grouting in bathroom discoloured and stained - breakfast- no citrus orange/grapefruit, no low fat spread or skimmed milk or low fat yoghurt available for those watching their weight - breakfast was disappointing and poor value for money. |

The staff were pleasant and the rooms were very clean. We had everything we wanted and had a continental breakfast in the morning, which was enough to set us up for the day. The breakfast area was at the reception area and feel there needed to be two separate areas/rooms for this. |

Leaving Its not 10 minutes from the Airport or Bristol as noted on the website. "Breakfast" was not worth it, a few boxes of cereal and burned coffee served in the frickin reception is not worth over a fiver! |

Really easy booking. The Gordano services are really really awful...... I know that there is nothing that you can do (though a small campaign for an M&S in there would help. Trying to find something to eat for tea when you have two vegetarians and a picky eater as he is on chemotherapy was impossible. |
