The rooms were clean spacious and comfortable great nights sleep no noise and being located at a service station there were plenty of facilities available
Nothing really one minor fault was staff at reception could have been more welcoming on arrival
Staff was very nice and very helpfull
The double bed wasn't very comfortable
Clean room and overall hotel. The staff were very friendly and eager to help with any problems. Easy to get too and not far from local towns to get a meal. Comfy room
Bit basic, in terms of facilities like a bar or restaurant, but I guess this is what we should expect being on a motorway service station.
Comfort with warm welcome and no fuss.
Comfortable and clean, easy check in/out.
when booking, never realised it wasn't accessible from the south bound M5. Needed to do a round and round of junctions, adding to journey time and mileage.
very comfortable would definitely recommend and use again
staff could have been more hepful

The shower was not very good.
The staff were very friendly and kind. I really appreciated the staff manager Leo who was very helpful. I also thought the continental breakfast was excellent .
Good place to stop if you just need somewhere to sleep, as we did, arriving around midnight and leaving early. No frills, just a clean bed for the night.
Comfy bed and friendly, helpful staff.
Shower wasn't very powerful, trickled out.
The staff were very polite & helpful, the hotel was very clean. The location was a bit out of the way as we were going to a wedding but that was my fault, not the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Helpful staff, clean room.
Disabled access room with shower over bath rather than a wet room, springy mattress.
We stayed here for one night only to break up our long holiday journey. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean.
An excellent welcome (receptionist was able to recommend pubs and eateries) - suggest you flag this up with her. Newness and presentation of room. Comfort and cleanliness.
I asked for a missing clothes-hook on the bathroom door to be replaced (Rm 6), but this did not happen! (A different receptionist)
Bed at same height as wheelchair, so easy transfer . Mobility aids in bathroom. Ground floor bedroom, near entrance. Being allowed to check in earlier, so that could leave luggage & change before attending a nearby wedding.
Transit van parked in disabled bay on Saturday evening but no blue badge displayed!!!.
The staff could not have been more attentive and welcoming. Rooms were quiet and well equipped for a stop over The use of a fan! Fresh coffee!
The fridge in the executive rooms could be a little larger Cleanliness could be slightly better Towels a little tired Rooms very hot even with windows open air conditioning in the sumner would be beneficial
Location good for nearby wedding. Staff pleasant and helpful.
Very soft mattress.
Comfortable bed which is the most important thing for me. Great to have a fan and a fridge as it was a hot weekend. We were at the back and looked out over fields which was really nice and unexpected this as it was at a motorway services. It was reasonably well away from the service area so really quiet.
The non-smoking room we were given smelled as if someone had been smoking in it. My husband asked if there was another room available and we were able to change to a room which was fine, but as the hotel was full that night someone would have had to sleep in it. Also, the wi-fi didn't work very well at all which was a big disappointment as that was one of the main reasons we had chosen the hotel.
The view from the room, looking out over fields. Comfortable bed, good towels and cleanliness.
We arrived after 10pm. It was hot so I asked if it was possible to buy water. I was told I could buy water in the distant service centre. At that time at night, in my 70s I thought it was the last thing I wanted to do. I then tried to buy two bottles of cola (room temperature) with a ten pound note, but the reception had no change. I suggest Days Inn thinks about having a vending machine.
Room was very clean. Good quality mattresses.
Room very hot in warm weather. Ask for a room at the back.
The room was nice
The staff were not helpful . They did not explain anything clearly . The area for breakfast was very small
The bed was comfortable
As non smokers we were given a smoking room. It was disgusting, and obviously isn't cleaned very well. It was late and there were no other rooms available. It was like sleeping in a filthy ashtray the smell of the room was sickening. The curtains were different lengths and didn't keep the light out. At £55 it was no where near as good value as premier
Nice clean room, quite spacious and quiet- good value for money
staff were lovely and very helpful, we visited Slimbridge and it was the ideal location. enjoyed it
Comfort, quiet location, cleanliness, and convenience
