I arrived at the hotel very tired after a long day. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who checked me in quickly with no fuss. The room was warm, clean and very comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a business course nearby, and I would definatly stay again and recommend it to others.

Booking was straightforward Room smelled excessively, even allowing for the fact it was a smoking room. Shower was dirty and there were hairs.

Convienient location for friend's wedding just down the road. Spacious clean rooms with all facilities you'd expect. Good value for money. On arrival - the hotel didn't have any record of my booking from your company, despite all the booking confirmation numbers in my possession etc. Luckily they were not fully booked that evening, so managed to fit us in, much to our relief!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My mother in the disabled room found the bed too high to get on and off. The doors were too heavy for her so she could only get out of her bedroom if she pulled the door while I pushed. The shower was permanently fixed in the wall so it could not be directed where needed; that is a very old fashioned type of shower.

Convenient location as travelling to Westonbirt approx 20 miles away. Staff very friendly and helpful both when checking in and checking out. Motorway services a couple of mins walk away, no motorway noise at all from room, wouldn't even know you were staying at a motorway service location. Good location to break up a long journey

The recommendation of the Local Pub of which served good home cooked food. The fairly pleasant continental breakfast delivered to the room at the time requested. Parking was easy and being next to the motorway services was convenient for fuel. Bed was very uncomfortable and the decor in the room was drab. Overall dim murky in desperate need of a deep clean and an update. The laundry man banging around in the corridor at 7am was unhelpful when trying to sleep also. The executive room is simply an extra desk, a bottle of courtesy water and a nutrigrain bar. The ordinary desk is sufficient for a work station, so unless you want a very expensive bottle of water and kellogs nutrigrain energy bar forget upgrading!

Staff were very approachable, friendly, and helpful. Gave me 'shortcut' directions to destination which helped me avoid travelling 20mins up the motorway in the wrong direction. Clean and comfortable room, the bed was a bit softer than I would usually like but I slept like a log! :) The lighting wasn't great at the table or in the bathroom - not the best for getting ready (for me to apply make-up, or my partner to shave). The main disapointment was the nearby services, not just the ongoing construction but cleanliness too, unfortunately these were poor facilities/amenities - which should be a plus point for the hotel.
