We stayed in room 105 and thoroughly enjoyed the large decked balcony with views across the sea and pier. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially attentive at breakfast. |

Heating had broken so after some fuss we got a plug in heater, some guests complained they had no hot water too. Luckily we didnt have that problem. |

Guy was very welcoming on our arrival - he even upgraded us, either because we had booked in advance, and they had spare rooms still, or he felt sorry for us because of the crap weather. Nothing - except the room above rm106 was noisy - i dont know what they were doing, seemed like they were just walking all the time above in lead boots - i should have complained but didnt. |
