Very friendly helpful receptionist. All facilities under one roof. Good sound proofing re. airport and adjacent dual-carriageway.

Everything No restaurant just a cafe which closes at 8 so if you arrive late you can only get sandwiches. no soap in dispensers in bathroom for 3 days dried up mud in the reception and stairs and corridors carpet not cleaned

Was really clean and the staff were friendly. Was also nice to have a smoking room in this day and age. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Excellent value for money.

The location was on a service station, but we had the car so wasn't really a problem. Services expensive though (as usual!)

Staff remembered us from previous visit. Excellent value for money. We stayed at a Travelodge the night before & that really was a budget hotel!

Mattress very lumpy, which did not give a good nights sleep. Full English breakfast not good, was cooked before you arrived, so was cold,no toast. Could do better.

Fab staff, room and breakfast ok!

The extractor fan in the toilet has worn bearings and stays on for an hour each time you use the loo! When I reported it in the morning I was told ot was not as bad as room 104. I left for London exhausted. How about getting them both fixed.

Clean,comfortable,spacious rooms. Excellent staff,very friendly,efficient and helpfull. Free parking and wifi a big plus.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well priced.Staff were pleasant and informative.

Location, was situated in a fuel service area, very limited food available, due to being on a service area when you leave there is no easy way back without driving past to the next junction and back again. The Hotel says its at Castle Donnington, but its not, the hotel bill says: Welcome Break a50 Westbound, Shardlow, not ideal for the airport as indicated.

Why when I google hotels for east mid airport does the days inn come up ?,it's miles away.Allso when I rang and asked how much a taxi would be I was told £6.00 each way,in reality it cost £18.00 one way and £15.00 back,would you agree this not very good?

Location for the event we went to at Donington Park. Really friendly and efficient staff. Shop and eatery were good value. Room really comfortable and ideal for myself and my 11 year old son. We got a good night's sleep. Would definitely stay again.

The reception was excellent on arrival couldnt help us anymore than she did if we needed anything all we had to do was ask staff on the breakfasts where great and helpful and meal was nice and well worth the money booked again for sept

Sofa bed was very umcomfortable but that was no problem I can sleep anywhere lol it was my son that complained about that

Breakfast in welcome break next door was lousy. Location. when I booked I did not realise it was a service station and we needed to travel to eat as did not want to eat in welcome break.

Clean bathroom, comfortable beds, good location, good amount of parking which was free. Pleasant friendly staff and an efficient check in and out.

Room was a little tired. Coffee stains and splashes all over the walls by the complimentary drinks area. The carpet by the bathroom was considerably worn and becomng loose.

Complete and utter cock up due to overbooking. I meant originally we had to move to Leicester Forest East hotel. But they kept getting the booking wrong. Wrong days, wrong price, wrong requirements. Hopeless!! We finally got re booked at Donington and enjoyed our stay
