Very clean and tidy
The heater in our room didn't work and when reported if someone tried to fix it, they were unsuccessful and we weren't informed or offered an alternative room and it was a very cold night.
We didn't expect too much because of the price but the room was comfortable, quiet, prepared for us. Choice of food in room or service station. Safe parking. Access to wait rose. Free wifi.
Bathroom was not particularly clean. The rooms were quite tired.
Good value lovely breakfast
The towels were very dirty and the toilet was not clean
cheap and clean, near 24 hour cafe and shops in the motorway service area if you need anything
WIfI WAS BROKE WHEN I GOT THERE BUT IT GOT FIXED THE NEXT DAY, SHOULD NOT COMPLAIN AS ITS USALLY OK
Good shower, helpful and friendly staff, free parking, ok location.
Dirty sink, old and worn fittings, sockets hanging from the walls, no TV remote, no plugs by bed for phone, springy and sunken bed, smoke smell, not able to access from Northbound.
The size room, very comfortable beds, good staff.... Had all comfort for family room : )
Toilet and bathroom sink can be clener, it was rusted toilet smelly and there was no toilet brush. WiFii was not good...
Beds nice and comfy , so were the pillows, towels soft and white, plenty of tea and coffee if you run out just ask at reception
In the bathroom the fan was dirty, there was some black mould on the tiles, between the bathroom and the room was a white paint splashed wooden board.
Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Nice and quiet. Great value for money.
The shower wasn't great, think the shower head needed descaling.
They promised to refund
Although I was a registered guest, parking eye charged me for overnight parking - £90 in total (Very bad error bordering on incompetence)
Easy checkin very clean and comfortable. Thank you
The electricity wasn't working when we first walked in. Had to call reception to come fix it and then it all went out again 15-20 min later! This is very poor! Was also extraordinary cold even though the heater when working was on full!
The room smelt damp and musky. It was also very cold in the room.
Staying at the Day's Inn at Fleet was an excellent decision! Driving up from the West Country can be very tiring, but stopping off at Fleet, made it much more comfortable when coping with the M25 and London traffic.
the convenience of being so close to Heathrow
the heating system was very loud and I didn't get much sleep because of it
stayed here as a half way stop on the way to Devon on 31st October Arrived at 1am after having trouble on the roads. The man on reception was very welcoming and pleasant.
Spacious room with a chair to sit in (two would have been better!)
Poor admin: I booked two double rooms and we were only allocated one. The helpful receptionist (Richard) found us a second one but it had been used by picknickers who had left their extensive rubbish behind. Another room allocated(13) but this one had no trouser press and the mattress needs replacing (dips in the middle). Lighting inadequate for comfortable reading.
Cheap accomodation. Staff quite friendly Linen seemed clean Quiet room despite being near the motorway
Rooms and bathroom a bit grubby, but not the worst I have stayed at Fact the motel was the other side of the motorway not apparent on booking site.
The room was clean but fairly basic. Breakfast was value for money and was delivered right on time.
The trouser press was broken and there was no iron or ironing board in the room. The staff at check in was very disinterested.
Bed, room was too hot. Bit shabby.
Poor wifi, Uncomfortable bed Fithy, stained toilet. Smelt Very tired
The bed was comfy and it was a good location to where we were going.
One of the light switches next to the bedside table gave my husband an electric shock. The chair in the bedroom was also broken.
Room was excellent, very clean and quite large. All the staff we encountered were polite and "smiley".
Comfy room Brilliant shower Drink making facility Tv Wi-fi Smoking room
No fridge, lack of options for heating in room, fan in bathroom didn't work reported twice in our stay nothing was done, door to bathroom sticks sometimes impossible to opening locking you in ... lack of cleaning in room not vacuum once in our stay, bath tub was never cleaned during our stay
Easy to find. Convenient. No problem with bringing a dog. Cost.
Mould in bathroom. Only enough milk for 2 coffees. Staff uninterested - they could at least say "good morning" if there are no other clients being helped.
Cheap hotel, good location.
Bed had no support and ended up rolling into the middle of the bed in the night due to weak springs.
