quiet though on the motorway, convenient to family The hotel promotes free wi fi but the service is almost crawling backwards tried for five hours to book a ferry crossing but to no avail.....was told it might have been better in reception after the event!. I feel they should not offer this service when it is rarely accessible. We would have liked clean sheets occasionally and when bed was remade it would have been good to have the bottom sheet straightened instead of the duvet just tucked in tidely.

I have stayed at the Days Inn, Fleet on many occasions with no problems or issues. However, this time there was certainly a problem with the hot water. On the 2 occasions that I tried to obtain hot water (Sunday evening and Monday morning), I had to stand in the bathroom and run the tap on full for at least 10 minutes, which I do not think is acceptable, before warm, then eventually hot water came through....please investigate.

It is conveniently located on the m3 Services, although my Sat Nav was confused about it's location. It was clean & comfortable & ideal for the break in my journey. Breakfast in the adjacent services was poor value & noisy because of building work. I wouldn't bother with the breakfast voucher in future.

Close to Farnborough airport. As the hotel is in a motorway service area there is nowhere to get any decent food in the evening, or a bar for that matter for a drink. The hotel is on the west bound side of the m3, and not the eastbound which is the postcode given. Yes you can walk over the bridge but best to know this in advance.

The hotel was very clean and fresh as it had only opened 4 wees from the date I stayed, alot of teathing problems as listed in the complaints box, however I have been informed that the problems I have listed are being looked in to. The breakfast was good, and plentifull The mobile phone, o2 only worked in the car park. The tv had very limited channels, My Vodaphone Internet dongle dident work at all!, The internet for the hotel was not free £15.00 for 24 hours. Asked for a menu and was told it was very limited, and it was.

Clean comfortable room and convenient location. Free parking. Hotel is on the southbound carriageway, if heading for London you need to walk accross the bridge and through the service area which is not clear when booking.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The cost of this was amazing, a bargain. It was on the m3, which is exactly what I wanted. Heaps of facilities at the services area, so it had everything we needed. We did not hear any traffic, considering it sits on the m3! Great windows. The only reason I put comfort as fair is because it was cold in the room. We had arrived quite late and were tired, so fell into bed. But no heating came on in the night or morning and it felt cold and damp. Had I not arrived so late, I would have asked the staff to put heating on. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was just I had been travelling all day and didnt have the energy to ask.

Efficient ,clean ,adequate for me,WiFi worked well Receiving Parking eye Notice. Days Inn manager helped remove possible £90 possible penalty. Thanks for that. Must have been computer error as I had logged plate number or over zealous inspector?

Hotel room was clean, well equiped and staff very friendly and helpful. Whole experience was spoiled by the psychopath insomniac in the room above who just kept stamping around all night banging and crashing into objects. This probably wouldnt have been an issue in a concrete floored building but the wood construction just resonated the sound and creaked and groaned from every corner. Noise desisted at 2am then resumed 5am. Calls from reception stopped it for a while only to resume 1/2 hour later. Finally stopped 6am. What annoyed was the whole hotel wing seemed empty but for these 2 rooms above and below each other!!!!
