Quiet Toilet seat was stained with years of use and is heavily stained yellow. This is not a lack of cleaning. Room 6 needs a new toilet seat. Also room 6 bathroom smelt of damp, as did room 6, as did the whole wing. There is a smelly damp problem in this part of the hotel. |

The room smelt of wee and the mattress felt like they had been there for 10 years.Pay just a little bit more money and stay somewhere else. |

The breakfast service was very good - continental on a tray delivered to our door. We were also surprised that even though the hotel is on the M3 the noise level was quite low. Only its position - SatNav directs you to the wrong side of the motorway!! |

The room was clean and well presented. The noise. I accept thaqt close proximity to a motorway was part of the issue, but the noise pollution from the adjacent service area complex was irritating. An indication that the allocated room would be noisy would have helped on arrival. |

Large room at a very reasonable price. Clean and comfortable, Quiet considering hotel is close to the motorway. If needing a break from travelling this is a great place to stop overnight. |

With a days inn hotel you know what you will be getting, all the hotels are basically the same layout, cleanleness and staff distance from the cernter of town |

Easy access, right next to the M3 towards Basingstoke. You have to drive an extra couple of km/miles to go towards London/Heathrow |

It is a hotel that i have used before and will be again. It is good for work and I can always get a room at short notice. I would like more food choices other than the motor way shops on site. I list of local pubs for food would be good, access on and off the site with out using the motor way |

Excellent value for money, basic but comfy, nice sheets, plenty of hot water. Daughters thought the hairdriers and showers were brilliant. Good parking, Not clear which side of the carriageway we needed to be on east or west bound, we had to ring the hotel, staff helpful. . Bath too shallow and too short for me very frustrating! |
