staff friendly & helpful. Hotel clean and had all appropriate equipment needed for an overnight stay
Hotel was standard, clean and tidy and staff were pleasant. It's located in a service station on the motorway so ideal for travelling to Legoland.
As it was located on a motorway food was expensive maybe if they had there own cafe for guests at reasonable prices.
Really good stay, not noisy at all. Great value for money paid. Will use again.
Clean room, great power shower.
Easy access Great eating places nearby nice friendly staff
helpfull receptionist when we found that our room had been changed to a double upgrade not what I booked, a twin room
The inconvenience of not having a twin room as booked I do n/ot know how this occured, you offered me an option for an upgrade but did not accept. a bit worrying when we got there.also the location was difficult to find with the Sat Nav, It is a southbound hotel with no access from the northbound.
Room service breakfast, kept the children happy.
Reasonable sized rooms Reasonable cleanliness Good level of facilities Friendly staff
No air con or fans, rooms can get warm Furniture 'tired' Shower spray could be better
Very clean, comfortable stay, polite staff, good location.
Wifi did not work in our room which was next to reception
I was using the hotel to break my journey . The idea was to get quick start in the morning and was at my destination by 8 o,clock
Clean and comfortable
Comfortable Beds . Fast food.
Internet to slow.
The hotel was certainly good value for money, but don´t expect much comfort out of any beds they add beyond the main one in the room.
EXTREMELY bad access if your intention is any other than continue down the M3 on the next day. Should you want to head the different direction or even to the town of Fleet, you can expect to have to travel 7 miles in the wrong direction of the M3 just to give an U turn. Not recommended for more than a night or as a quick gap stop to reach your destination rested. Wouldn´t let my children play in the garden with the amount of transit travelers roaming around.
We needed a hotel to sleep for a couple of hours before we would continue our trip. For that, the hotel was fine. I wouldn't want to stay there for leisure though.
More milk in the room please!
Clean, plenty of towels, good value breakfast
The location was very good
The bed was appalling - the mattress had clearly seen better days and as a result we didn't get any sleep. We asked if the mattress could be changed but that apparently was not possible. We also had to ask for our kettle to be changed as bare wires were showing. The bathroom door wouldn't open or shut properly and there was mould on the ceiling so avoid room 25!!! Our children said that their room was unbearably hot - that was room 23!
Occupant above room 3 was very noisy, inconsiderably stamping on the floor. Interrupting my sleep at very odd hours
staff were excellent and cleanliness good
Mattress on double bed very soft and dipped in the middle, my back was really bad the next morning, also the light shade on one side of the bed was broken
The staff were rude. The plug sockets and wifi didn't work in the room which was very unhelpful when travelling with a baby
The facilities were as expected and were presented clean and tidy
I got hardly any sleep due to the noise from guests next door, that were clearly unaware their bedroom activities could be heard. Even after telling reception, nothing changed. Sadly as a driver my overnight rest was not successful. I could have saved the money and slept on my coach!
Great location, Free parking is a must when in London.
No plug in the sink, so have to shower. Room could be cleaner but dusty
... as it was well located for the event we were attending. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy, with the facilities we expected.
It was too expensive for a 'budget' hotel. Just our luck we got a ground floor room and the occupant in the room above was very noisy! There was a power cut but although it wasn't the hotel's fault not once did anyone check we were OK, nor was there any mention of it when we checked out.
I came home and the day after I reliezed that days fleet inn had taken a further 70 pounds out of my bank account without them contacting me or asking for concent. Also I had paid 920 for my rooms. The cleaners also took my own towels I took myself and both my face cloths and when I asked about them no one had any idea of what I was on about. The rooms were extremely hot had no air conditioning and I couldnt open the window wide as I have a young child and the bed was push right up to the window. When I arrived the rooms that I had booked had been used and had no recollection of my booking.
I liked the booking service and the free option to cancel right up to the last day. The staff on the phone were very helpful
The beds were not as comfortable as a well known Inn.
