The duvet was exactly right for the temperature of the rooms but the pillows were rather small. Very easy to get back into Leicester via the Hinkley Road. Others might find the pillow small but we travel with our own. |

Convenient m1 location. Good value for money especially midweek when other hotel chains charge much more. Friendly guy on reception. Slightly annoying was that despite my previous comments we still had to fetch a highchair from the adjoining motorway cafe for in house continental breakfast. Also no travel cot in room despite our request for one on booking online. Hotel staff did quickly get us one though. |

Excellent value, professional, helpful, friendly staff. All the facilities needed for a business break / visit to friends. An oasis of cleanliness and good value amongst the nightmare of other hotels in Leicester. Please keep it up - thank you |

The staff were really pleasant and helpful room was simple but so clean and decorated nicely. As we came from the other side of the motorway it was not clear how to get across to it although easy once we realised! |

It was conveniently placed as a stop off point to our final destination and was near a petrol station When we arrived was told they were double booked,I had booked this two months in advance. Being on a motorway was very noisy, should have double glazing. Beds were not comfortable. |
