Nice cozy clean rooms. A little small but was able to house 4 adults comfortably. Presentable hotel style. Clean ensuite toilets. No free breakfast provided. Optional breakfast costs are rather steep.

Very clean, comfortable, decently priced, well located. The wifi is free ,but not very good for my iphone, as it kept going off when using other apps, perhaps will be good for laptop users - think its because its a bt wife open zone access rather than hotel itself.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and very quiet. I couldn't get the T.V. to work and it was a bit cold in the room.

The geography of Leicester city does not favour the hotel. Consequently, getting to and from Leicester from the hotel is horrid.

The staff was great. The room, although small, was clean, warm, and it offered what I needed for the trip. I enjoyed the wi-fi and the free parking.

Cheap & easy. Heading into Leicester city centre in the morning, its position on northbound m1 is tricky. If it's legal to cross to the southbound services and off the motorway into Leicester then you could plug this - if you have to go up to the a50 the £20 saving over staying in town is only just worth it.

Breakfast expense, poor quality, like warm. Epected to extra for sauces, which after paying £ 6.99 for breakfast is a bit of a con.

The staff were great and hotel was very comfy. Our room wasn't facing the motorway so it was very quiet at night. The fire alarm went off in the morning which was a pain, but no complaints.
