Days Inn Hotel Leicester    

It was close to the motorway, easy to get in and get out and on our way.

It was more expensive than I liked.

when eventually got prepared room all ok, at midnight you just want to get to be !!!!

the first 2 rooms offered were not ready - one was filthy totally uncleaned , other had repaired curtains strewn all over floor, this same scenario happened just few months ago !!! nothing has improved obviously.

This is just what you want for a layover on a long journey. Very clean, quality towels, friendly staff, good self-service breakfast buffet, quick checkin and checkout,

I liked that although the hotel did not have any restaurant/ shop facilities etc there were facilities near by. The service was very good from Tarlek on reception who gave extensive help to a problem with my booking.

The only thing I can think of that wasn't good is, there is not a similar hotel with the same service and facilities located in the town centre!

No proper meal facilities and beverage facilities but the services kind of make up for that

unfortunately we had a bit of an experience wityh our room as when my partner got the spare pillows from the cupboard there was an adult magazine on the shelf as well which was a shock to find in our room after it was supposedly cleaned through after every guest ,so we doubt we will stay in a Days Inn hotel again......

The room was very basic. The directions from the North on arrival were not clear to direct you to the other side

motorway traffic, you need to invest in triple,or at least secondary glazing.

Even though it is at a service station our room was quiet. The staff were very friendly and the rooms very clean.

We liked the calm and friendly atmosphere at the hotel. The cleanliness and very comfortable bed made this short stay perfect. Would definately stay again.The Staff could not have been more helpful, many thanks.
