Very convenient location for airport and Capbility Green in Luton. Breakfast was good value and self-service meant no delays. Check out was equally easy and the receptionist found me a taxi within less than 5 minutes on the morning of departure. As with many hotels, I would like to have been able to switch off the air conditioning fan, as it kept me awake for some time. |

staff was very professional it really bothered me that there was a charge for WiFi in the rooms. I travel on business and hate to be charged for something that does not really cost the hotel anything. It should be included like it is in most business hotels. I plan to travel to Luton frequently on business and this is the last time that I will stay at this hotel for that very reason. I will stay at a hotel where WiFi is included |

Excellent organisation for park and fly and really good prices. Well organised , load of space, good taxi links all included the castors on the bed were like an Asda trolley - the bed was moving all over the bedroom - really dangerous. |

more than two people could stay in a room. the breakfast was alright you was left alone to get on with it which was good instead of staff fellowing you around. they was no room service. some of the staff was experince and the younger members of the team looked lost and unsure what to do while at the reception. |

The rooms were above average for this type of hotel and it was clean. Unfortunately there was a fire alarm at 3:30 am and the staff did not seem to know what was going on and did not keep anyone informed, it seemed they were happy to send the guests 50 yards up the road in the pouring rain but were quite happy to stand under the front entrance of the hotel themselves. Their were people with babes in arms standing in their nightware in the pouring rain, with no one to help or explain the current situation. |

The staff were helpful, friendly and competent. The room was basic but clean, tidy and ideal for a quick stop. Its location was a little difficult to find. It could do with a bigger and brighter sign before you leave the main road. |

the bed was excellent bar facility wasok it was nice and clean very good location in general it was a very pleasent hotel to stay the noise at night did not get much sleep we had really bad behaved people coming in at the early hours of the morning i think there should be more security at night perhaps a porter keeping people quiet after acertain time |

Unlimited supply of coffee, milk etc. Cleanliness and comfort. Two members of staff on reception were not very helpful. The other three were friendly and pleasant. |

Clean and comfortable. Well priced The breakfast was included in the price we paid otherwise it would cost £7.50 as it was a buffet style the bacon,eggs beans etc were quite dry and not very nice. It was New Years Day so maybe it would not normally be like this, but the hotel did allow breakfast until 12 mid day which I thought was excellant. |
