There was not a thing the staff could have done better. They were absolutely fabulous in helping us in every way. We had to catch an early flight to Spain and there was a continental breakfast available from 4.00 a.m. Which was marvelous.

The hotel offers good value for money. The location is good for onward travel via road ,rail and air. Although the hotel is basic it is still comfortable. The reception staff were very polite and helpful more so than some top rated hotels we have stayed in.

The hotel served the purpose for the event we were attending. The booking stated breakfast was included but it did not state that it was a continental breakfast only. When we stayed in the past a full English breakfast was available.

Hotel was convenient to the Luton airport for a short stay. It was also convenient to city center for shopping, restaurants. A complete fitness center was a few doors down. Staff was great ! I didn't eat there, but the lounge was warm and welcoming, and open late. Rooms were tidy, small, but very clean and had an electric water kettle for tea. The tv was old and had very very few stations. Not of consequence when staying briefly, or have a good book.

My stay at Days Hotel London Luton Airport was fantastic, I only stayed overnight but all the staff were friendly and helpful especially the reception staff. The room was really good, clean, warm and the bathroom and tea making facilities were excellent. Everything that was advertised was there and the hotel met my needs exactly.

The Hotel is conveniently situated for onward travel by rail, road and air.It is in a central location for Luton, a short walk from all the local amenities. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the food is good although not michellin star We have stayed at the Days on several occasions and sometimes the service can be poor. As an example, only one member of staff checking in guests on a particularly busy day and five or six customers waiting at the bar to order dinner and drinks. The wait was to long with some guests walking away frustrated, eventually a young girl attended, she appeared to have been outside for a smoke, poor. Buffet breakfasts could be warmer.

Room was surprisingly clean and new-looking. We checked in late and had to be at the airport early. Staff arranged for airport taxi. Free light breakfast in the lobby, when we came down at 0500. Room was quiet, a good feature for us light sleepers. Lift in lobby required our room card for entry, nice for security. We were assigned the wrong room type than what we ordered online. When the error was pointed out, however, it was promptly corrected with an apology. Strange bathtub drain plug, which required a really strong pull to remove. Carpet in room seemed to be the only thing not replaced during recent renovation.. Digital thermostat showed room temperature setting which we lowered, but the air from the vent continued to blow the same room temperature air. Not a big deal since we could have opened the window slightly for cooler air.

the only thing i liked in the hotel is the proximity to the airport i reserved a twin room, when i got to the hotel they told me they don`t have any twin rooms avalible because all the rooms were ruined by a group of teenagers the night before (i don`t know if it`s the truth it sounds like an excuse to me). to make things wors they gave me a handicapped room wich was extreamly uncofertable (everything was knee high). the breakefast was poor. to sum up, after staying in the same chain of hotels in london twise before it was a huge dissapointment!
