Days Hotel London Luton Airport    

Comfortabel, rustig en goede prijs. Winkels, eetgelegenheden, station op loopafstand. Prima als overnachting voor stedentrip naar Londen.

We verbleven 2 nachten; de kamer is na nacht 1 niet gedaan.

Very clean throughout... Good location for airport..

Some of the staff had poor english laungage skills..

Location was excellent for our needs

Breakfast was a shambles! Cleared out own table. No cutlery glasses or mugs/cups. Unable to obtain more than 2-3 breakfast items as not enough staff to bring food out as it run out. Took three visits to counter to get beans bacon sausages etc never actually seen any eggs put out! Hash browns were cremated. Very very unhappy and have contacted management to complain.

- Our rooms were not there;our booking was totally unknown, much hassle. - Tried to lure us with £4000 for a bottle of water at 2 o'clock at night (had almost pressed my code on the credti card machine) - A lot of hassle when trying to pay.Credited our creditcard for 3 rooms afterwards instead of 2!!

The bedroom was comfortable and clean- reception staff friendly and attentive

the food was terrible - and the alcohol was cheap and nasty - when you pay for a premium spirit you expect a branded name - not some cheap import the fish was off and the batter disgusting - like sweaty feet - the peas were cold and were a mix of different types and colours - very strange!! I did complain but nothing was done - no apology at all - I will never stay here again

The staff were very helpful and immediately changed my room when I found out I had a twin instead of a double room. The rooms are cleaned daily and are very comfortable. It is a short walk from the train station through the shopping centre so very conveniently located. I really look forward to staying at Days.

The soap dispensers do not dispense enough soap so I would advise people to bring their own shower gel and handwash with them.

Price. Food was reasonable. Restaurant service.

Car parking - restricted hours of use.Reception staff not able to cope - took 20 minutes to check in. Room decoration had seen better days.Morning reception male had bad bo.

Staff general friendliness and lack of professionalism

Long wait to check in. Room was not clean, in particular bathroom had not been cleaned as toilet had been used and had not been flushed. As I had checked in at 10pm it was too late to get room cleaned properly. Was quite disgusting using a dirty bathroom.

the price and how local to city centre it was

the staff didn't know what they was doing, we moved 2 different rooms because they gave us rooms that were occupied by other guests. It took them an hour to reboot the system and remember what rooms were free, then the card system switched off! It was ridiculous, id rather stay elsewhere in luton after becoming regular customers that weekend let them down!

Bed moves around on castors !! Arrived late evening (9pm) and had trouble finding restaurant in the town still accepting customers

It took me and my two young children 45 minutes just to check in! The staff on reception were very poorly trained and didn't seem to understand their own systems!! The heating in the bar dining area wasn't working so when I took my kids down for something to eat and some refreshments the whole area was absolutely freezing. I would never stay here again and would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My only disappointment was that I was assigned a room for the disabled and all the bathing facilities were geared to a person in a wheelchair.

Most adequate and excellent value for overnight stop before early flight. Wish I'd known about 'park n fly'! Restaurant food a bit pub like but ok.

a single ring of the fire alarm at 5 in the morning on the 1st of April.

The room was comfortable, staff was nice and helpful. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room.
