Very convenient for my meeting and easy to book on line. It is very basic but there again the price reflects tihs so I feel it is also within its budget. Pillows are awful - like rubber blocks :( But the staff were very friendly and efficient.

A good place to stay if you are on business or passing through and can get a good internet deal. Well located for many places in that are of the country No major problems at all. The place is a bit tired and could do with some cosmetic upgrading. It's clean and tidy.

Friendly helpful staff; quiet room; useful location. Could open windows and not be disturbed by noise from m4. Room looking a bit tired, E.G. mould on bathroom ceiling and around taps. Only a fixed-head shower. Pillows not the most comfortable.

Having stayed for 7 nights in a row, our beds were not made once, and the sheets only changed last night after several complaints. The room wasnt cleaned at all in all our stay.

Comfortable bed Noisy floorboards in the corridoor. Cars are unsafe in the car park as our wing mirror was stolen, staff were unhelpful to assist the situation. Very poor.

Good location for us. Freindly staff on reception. Close to Motorway Services. "Fresh air" spray was overpowering, made the eyes water; needed to leave the window wide open to vent the room. Trouser press was broken but put together to fall apart when opened. Bathroom - Back mould on the grout & showercurtain. Hand soap dispenser was empty. Yes some of the fixtures and fittings were tired but it is a budget hotel

When I arrived I was exhausted, I realised that I was too tired to finish my journey and I made the booking using an app on my i phone. The lady on reception made me feel extremely welcome and looked after me, I wasn't functioning very well after being on the road for 12 hours. She was cheerful, polite and very efficient. For the price I paid, and considering the location the room wasn't bad. I will definitely be coming back again, many thanks.

Not sign posted very well if you are on the East bound carriage way part. Staff did not have correct information for us or other patrons. Room although looked clean was tired, and there were dog hairs all over the sheets. Not very impressed at all! Wanted No smoking and thought I had requested such but on arrival hotel smelled like an ash tray....

Excellent value for our overnight stop between Essex and Cornwall. Clean room with a good selection of tea and coffee. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

I was unable to check in early or before the wedding I was attending unless I paid £10 an hour for each hour I checked in before the 3pm time. There was no effort from staff to help me with this situation and therefore had to leave all my bags and valuables in my car in the very busy car park because nothing was done to assist. I had to check in after the wedding and very late at night dragging luggage with me at 1.15am. There should be assistance to those that are unable to meet your strict check in times. Thanks
