Staff were very cheerful and wanted to help. Room was well equipped and clean.

The mattress was far too firm for us and gave and uncomfortable nights sleep.

Takes pets. Waitrose, Starbucks and Smiths next door. Right next to the M4 so very convenient but very quiet and peaceful.

The area was ideal for my work and the price was very good

Sofa bed was abysmal - very uncomfortable - saggy and gaps in it. Staff not helpful re this - basically told all the sofas were the same, take it or leave it. Shower also leaked so ended up flooding the bathroom floor.

Staff were excellent, bsic & comfortable rooms, suited our golfing trip for 8 of us. Receptionist told us how to get to local pub for food & drink

No restuarant or bar & eating at a service motorway stop was not an attractive proposition, went elswhere, see liked box

I like the facilities on site here.

The heating had not been turned on in my room so it was very cold. I had requested a ground floor room as I am Disabled but could not have one.

The pull out bed wasn't very clean

Big room. Close to shops at service stop. 30 yrd walk. Register car no. plate for parking. Everything in room worked. Great shower, plenty hot water. On side of road heading towards Bristol.

No problems at all. If non-smoker make sure you ask for non smoking room when booking.

actually I was pleasantly surprised, it was booked by my daughter and I was expecting something rather tacky, but it wasn't. Clean comfortable, great location, just what I needed.

The heating was poor No shops close bye Not a restaurant on site No cooked breakfast on site.

Functional, clean, simple hotel. Staff was friendly, room simple but fit for purpose. I appreciated the free wi-fi and the Freeview TV.

Some elements looked particularly dated like the rusted air-con device, curtains, etc.

Very dirty Bath Mat (with large brown stain) Window Curtains unhooked in places. No internal telephone to complain about the above.

The double bed was small.

the welcome was warm and simple check in procedure. the breakfast arrive right on time. It was quiet.

I found the matress a little to soft.

They have a smoking room.

Thay haven't any restaurant in the hotel.

The stay was ok, hotel staff were good. As I stayed in a single room I didn't expect to be in a disabled room. Which to me seemed that's all we have left!! When I booked this there were no signs saying this would be a disabled room!

Good price

Located right on the service area along the motorway. About one hr from London Heathrow Airport. Good location if you arrive late or have to leave earlier and your meetings are west of London.
