Close to major motorways, including the M6, M1 and M42, this large pub and hotel offers comfortable and competitively priced accommodation, plus outstanding facilities for business and private...

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Reception was very cheery and helpful
the stale cigerette smell was quite bad, breakfast was quite poor, not much choice and not really a full breakfast. I had scrambled egg that had bits of plastic within it. Not enough staff on at breakfast for the amount of people that were there.
love the staff and everything about the place, bed nice, not great, but nice...
only thing I do not like is the breakfast menu, so little to choose from, the fresh fruit was off when we stayed, the sausages were tiny? not a great choice of tinned fruit either!
Fantastic value and great location
No bacon at breakfast - otherwise everything was good
Could not fault it one bit
Fuse taken out of the heated towel rail in the bathroom and no alternative fitted. Sorry but this hotel should not be open in the winter, when taking a shower is like walking into a large chiller. A most unpleasant experience.
We were out for one night away from the kids...so this hotel did just the job.
We only stayed one night and couldn't name any faults.
We were a group of 11, range of 3 generations up for a birthday party and all went very well. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was fine. no complaints from any one.
Exceptional staff on reception, clean functional room at a reasonable price. Plenty of parking, near the motorway so easy to find, restaurants etc close at hand.
staff are very friendly and polite, rooms clean and good value
Very large bed
The duvet wasn't thick enough we we're both cold, not enough tea, sugar
Ease of parking. Excellent staff, friendly greeting, next to Nuneaton tenpin bowling alley, the reason for our trip.
Breakfast sausages (but breakfast is included at no extra cost).
Did exactly as we expect. A room, a breakfast, no complaints.
The room was cold when we got there and the switch for the heater was behind a curtain on a different wall from the heater. Reception sorted it out.
Noise from the road at night. Bed was very 'bouncy' and dipped in the middle. Duvet was not big enough for the bed with two people, only just went over the side.
very clean will return when visiting area again
the range of the hot breakfast was limited
everything! the staff were excellent. nothing was too much trouble. food was fresh, hot and good variety. room was clean and well stocked and the bed was very comfortable.
Very hard mattress; duvet not big enough for bed; loose tap & toilet-roll holder in bathroom; poor hot breakfast (no bacon, anaemic sausages)
Friendly staff, good location near to Coventry. Lovely breakfast. Convenient place to stay whilst visiting family in Nuneaton during the Christmas period. Would stay there again.
Everything was fine.
On arrival at 6pm told room was not ready, which in itself was ok, but then called in room literally at check out time and told to vacate by staff member who was rude with a bad attitude. Breakfast was very poor with little choice and what was available poor quality. Will not stay there again.
The room was clean and good facilities. bed was reasonable comfortable, modern shower and in good working order, the rooms seemed well insulated from noise so was reasonably quiet. The bar facility was opened when I arrived back from my regimental function although personally I didn't use it others did. The reception staff was pleasant while booking out. I was satisfied with the hotel and I would have no hesitation in using it again if the need arose,
The male staff who greeted me at reception could have been a bit more pleasant, however he was efficient even thought the booking agent had put the wrong details. Like most of your hotels it was a fair way from the town and certainly not in reasonable walking distance.
As my wife is disabled. The room had everything she needed.
The free wifi didn't exist. The shower seat sloped forwards. When we left our wheelchairs front wheel fell in the long drain in front of the disabled parking area, and threw her out of the chair.
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful .
Booked a double room with a sofa bed and did not get that because booking.com didn't pass request on to Holiday Inn
I was put in a room for a disabled person. I asked the chap at breakfast if you had gluten free bread and he started talking about the bread already out which I know is not gluten free. Usually staff go into the kitchen to check but he just said he didn't think so without checking.
Apple / Orange juice at breakfast tasted watered down and no bacon
The breakfast was ok, but a hot option that is limited to just 3 items (Scambled egg, Sausages and baked beans) seems far too limited to be honest. Whilst those are ok options as it happened for us, i feel more imagination with such as Bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms would add value. But this didnt spoil our stay!
Breakfast was very good. Room was veru clean.
Was a little noisy from the road outside. The lift was a bit scary.
