Friendly ,helpful, and accomodating staff.Excellent breakfasts.Clean, warm spacious rooms.Located close to motorway ,and to family members.Excellent value for the money. This is our second visit and already planned the next one in february.Would certainly recommend to friends. Thanks.

The location was good for getting to Hinckley/Leicester/Coventry. The hotel itself is clean, bright and modern and conveniently located next to a pub and fast food restaurant with a cinema close by too. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. It would be nice to have some sort of food service through the night like a vending machine with sandwiches for example other than this I can't really fault the hotel.

I liked the overall character of the hotel from the smile of the receptionist to the room. I particularly liked the room because it was so much nicer than the room of a competitors hotel that I stayed in a couple of weeks before. Whilst it is a budget hotel it was great to have a nice bed and things that I consider essentials such as shower gel in the room, which for some reason other hotels do not put in. The only two things I found about the Nuneaton hotel is that it is in a bit of a wasteland and if you want to go to a nearby hotel you have to climb over debris and it is not that well lit, which is a shame. Also for some reason I had a plastic sheet on my bed and that made it very uncomfortable because it was so hot, until of course I took it off. There also seemed to be quite a few families staying and one of them was in the room next to me and kept me awake all night.

The hotel was conveniently positioned by some of the important road networks and was very easy to find. The hotel was clean with excellent facilities for a simple stop-over between meetings. Superb value for money.

The bright, clean, welcoming foyer. Staff were already at the desk. Check in was very welcoming, and professional.Attractive,clean room, fluffy white towels.A good cooked breakfast. Good value for money. I have always stayed at Travelodges in the past,and will now not stay there again. They charge almost as much, and provide almost the reverse of Holiday Inn. Gloomy decor,,no hairdryer,no breakfast, grumpy staff, one grotty towel etc. etc. Well done Holiday Inn.. .

Thoroughly recommend this hotel, it was very clean and the staff couldnt do enough to help you. Breakfast was basic but for what i paid was value for money. Room was clean.

Convenient location for visiting family in Nuneaton. Clean, modern, competitvely priced. Quiet location but close to motorway links and town centre. We were woken at 8.55 am on Sunday morning by housekeeping knocking on the door wanting to clean the room!

Friendly staff. Very efficient service. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom equally clean. Breakfast was good but would have liked more choice for the cooked breakfast, eg there was no bacon!

The comfort of the rooms, how close it was to a pub, bowling and cinema. . plus the staff were very nice and polite. Best of all I had a smoking room for my boyfriend, which makes it easier so he didnt need to keep going down stairs every hour or so and leaving me alone. Just two minor dislikes one is the fact we were able to get a smoking room, however there was no cigerette machine in the hotel or near for the smokers that happen to run out. Second there were no facilities to get snack food in the hotel, apart from a crisp machine . .although there was a 24hr mcdonalds, this involved going out alot.

Room was comfortable and well laid out. Choice of hard or soft pillows was a surprise and welcome. The bathroom was sparkling. Excellent value for money. The supplements to an expected continental breakfast were welcome. However, the last time I encountered scrambled egg of similar consistency was as chlld in ww2. Overall, of course, everything was very good so don't take that as a major criticism.
