Friendly, efficient staff

Unable to connect to bt openworld on my computer

Not enough sugar supplied as there were 10 tea and coffee sachets and only 4 of sugar, who worked that one out.a

It was good value for money and situated quite near to the places we wanted to visit.

Would have been great if breakfast was included in the price as another similar chain does, would have liked more pillows and more tea bags and milks. Minor things though.

location and cost evening staff were lovely.

abit basic not enough pillars and morning staff were'nt very socialble handed her the card back didnt even ask us if we had a good stay to busy talking to someone in another room, just took it off us

The hotel was friendly, clean and of a good standard.

The price is always fantastic. Free parking. Services next door.

I had reserved five rooms in five names. I was the last to arrive and my friends were having trouble checking in as I had the paperwork. My friends reeled of all of the names of the guests, were told there was only one room available, and were kept waiting for a good 30 minutes to check in before I arrived. Eventually when I arrived the rooms were available, in the names that my friends had given. It was frustrating at first, but quickly got settled and are happy to use again, and have used previously.

It was what we paid for and what we needed - travelling from family in london to family in birmingham - a place to rest and aplace to sleep

Convenient, easy to find, all the basics available , dog friendly - sound budget accommodation but overpriced for a Saturday nights stay. £76.00.

Its location.

The fact that when we got there they could not find our booking, and the receptionist would not let me use their computer to log on to booking.com to find the reference. Instead, I had to sit for 20 minutes waiting for my laptop to boot up, log onto the free wifi and then wait for the site to connect. When she finally admitted that we had a booking, she didn't know whether she could let us have a room at the same rate as all the standard rooms were gone, and she was going to have to give us an upgrade to an "executive" room. I felt that she handled it very poorly, making me feel as if I was in the wrong and must be mistaken about the booking or the location.

Tea and coffee facilities in room very poor, a room for 3 with only two cups!
