Nice and beautyful Michelle and also Jemmy always kind and a good adviser.
Would recommend highly iun every way. Booked at last minute for a one night stay whilst compteting in a competition in Sheffield. Will book there again next time we are up there as a group. Very impressed.
There wasn't anything not to like!
Room had everything we needed for a two night stay, tv, coffee making facilities, bath with shower, main bed was comfy but sofa bed was lumpy (no good for adults but ok for lightweight young children), even though very close to motorway we weren't kept awake at night by traffic noise, it was surprisingly quiet. Room and bathroom clean and tidy
water in bathroom was extremely hot so children needed supervising, and bathroom floor tiles too slippery, even when dry
Location and Staff
Basic amenities, but sufficient for one night. Rather expensive though.
Comfortable friendly hotel but you have to walk across to the services for breakfast or anywhere to have a meeting.
Not so good when it's raining, breakfast is a long wet walk.
The value for money is terrific. The en suite facilities are good and clean. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. we have stayed many times here, and will again! Very good budget hotel.
Not much! We had a bit of a problem with wi-fi signal. Also, milk for tea and coffee runs out very quickly. Leave more in rooms. Double Bed a bit small if you have a larger partner! Bit noisy from M1, but manageable. Not too keen on the breakfast.
Everything was as it should be. Very pleased.
Not enough signs on the road to direct you to the hotel.
My daughter had to move from her bedroom as the window was wide open and had no handle to close it. She did want some more bedding and the receptionist said there wasnt any spare! The receptionist when we booked was not very welcoming either.
Comfortable, although near motorway and facilities reasonably quiet. Not too complkcated to access from north bound side, despite road works.
we only had to stay one night
The whole place stank of smoke. The family rooms were upstairs with no lifts. The bathroom door didn't shut. The bed was hard and the sofa bed was rock hard with a huge gap in it. The hotel was a long walk on a broken up pavement across the lorry parking and garage forecourt to get any food.
Pet Friendly - Gave us a ground floor room to make it easier to walk the dogs Good Value Friendly Staff
brill loved it staying again soon
nothing not to like
Handy for the venue of our party
Very soft mattress
Booked an executive room, which was a good size, but the rest of the room fell below expectations. Desk with chair was useful. Switched desk fan on but it sounded like it was gonna self destruct. Was good to have a fridge to keep the wine cool. Flat screen tv was ok but could have been bigger because it looked a bit lost in the corner of the room.
The speed of the wifi was really bad. Speed checked it several times and every time it was below 0.5 mbps. The room was too hot but there was no air conditioning. The bed was smaller than expected for an exec room, was expecting a king or super king size. Shower head was knackered with water squirting out the side of it. The toilet seat had been fitted crooked so when you sat on the loo you were jammed up against the toilet roll holder. The website said exec room came with a welcome gift and free mineral water. This turned out to one Nutrigrain bar and one small bottle of water between two people. How mean!!
nice friendly helpful staff
distance from Sheffield centre
Receptionist was good when we arrived
Room stank we were put in a smoking room as no others available but it stank of stale smoke and was dirty. There was a dog in the room upstairs which was banging around all night then howling at early hours of the morning. Nothing was done about it by staff. TV has bad reception and was tiny and the internet barely worked really disappointed
Located not directly on the services but facing roaming fields. Excellent wifi tv freeview facilities clean big towels good soap shower gels clean friendly staff easy free parking.
Wasn't made clear the hot breakfast was not on site (only continental) although the orice and value for the hot breakfast was very good. Apart from that it was good stop-over hotel would use Days Inn again value but good quality
Very clean room, good sized bathroom with bath, friendly and helpful staff
Slightly hard to find
The room was spacious, clean everything you needed for an overnight stay
Breakfast not included with price
Good location , value for money for a good night sleep .
Smell of recent fire in hotel but thankfully we were furthest away from the recent fire and could not smell it in our room
Mattress was a tired made you roll towards each other
Nicely decorated room with comfortable furniture. Extra pillows and towels available. Wide choice of TV and radio stations. Fan available in the room during the heatwave! Tea + coffee with biscuits in the room. Liquid soaps available in bathroom. Hair dryer in the room. Continental breakfast delivered to the door.
Wifi connectivity too slow to connect. Room quite dark so needed to put the lights on during the daytime.
Staff excellent, friendly and informative, both with myself and my rottweiler dog, nothing was too much hassle. Very clean, even in smoking room! Excellent value.
Rooms could do with a bit of a freshen up, stained bed Base, and wear and tear quite obvious in places.
