We have stayed at this hotel a few times, en route to staying with family. We return as the location is ideal, being so close to the motorway; the rooms are extremely comfortable; the staff have always been excellent. Although there are services around the hotel, it is always a lovely, quiet experience stating at this particular hotel. We can't think of anything not to like.

At the Days Inn the staff were very friendly and very helpful. I found the free WiFi very useful. The noise of the motorway wasn't too great, but not a big deal.

Right by the motorway but no road noise. Provided with an iron, but no ironing board. Executive rooms only?!? Bathroom in need of good clean. Orange/mouldy grout and general damp smell.

Location. Booked a smoking room but it was still quite heavily smelt of smoke, used towels left in room from previous occupants, and also noisey neighbours in adjoining room.

Caarpet in room was dirty, there was chewed paper spat onto walls, there was rubbish (two used plastic cups) behind chair. Third bed was not made up, we had to do that ourselves and find bedding as not told. Third bed was broken so had to change rooms, but we were given an occupied room so changed again which was slightly better.

Excellent rates, location and privacy. Parking right outside the hotel. Hotel located in a normal services area We dealt with a courteous member of staff who was very helpful with our queries and Wifi connection in the room. Only one issue. The bed was much too soft and could be compared to a waterbed. We had a disturbed night - had we realised earlier we would have changed rooms . However rthis would not prevent us revisiting this hotel in the future .

Each and every time we've visited there's been an incident. On our last visit we had some youths banging on our window at midnight, then at 1.15am they were still being a total nuisance up above us, so I did report it to reception, but we had a very tiring journey back to Devon at 9am. Also, we booked online this time, one double room, but when we got there we were told we were in a single, so we had to pull down the sofa-bed which was very inconvenient and too late to look elsewhere. When you book a doube then you should get a double, so we're not impressed at all, so we are now looking at other hotels within as close a radious to our son & his family, which was the reason for us staying at Days Inn on a regular basis.

A typical Days Inn room. Clean and efficient and anonymous. Just booked on price and location. Check-in was good and we even got to park our camper there for a couple of nights too included, so good value. It is in Telford - but that can't be helped can it?!

I complained about the bed and lack of aditional bedding for the put you up bed. When I returned, the extra bed had been made up and ready for us. Great service and very friendly staff Bed was a double but could only sleep one person as mattress rolled to the middle. We are too old to be uncomfortable!

Clean and convenient , attachment to service station and the service mall. Breakfast next door on an obvious budget. Also free child breakfast with child only getting 4 items and no drink included appears mean and disorganised as the room was about 80 quid including breakfast fro one adult and child, so not very cheap. Either give the resident a really nice breakfast for them and the family or don't bother.I Could not really recommend it as although the location was convenient, I would find it difficult to find again.
