Rooms not big enough. Too basic. Breakfast not included

Good facilities and continental breakfast was good.

I tried to pay with my credit card and card was rejected in the machine as well as my debit card. Implied there was something wrong with my card, rather than the machine. I had no problems using my card elsewhere. After several attempts the machine accepted my card, however I had to use my debit card. Unfortunatley we had a fire alarm set off at 11.30pm so we all had to evacuate the building. At least it was not at 3am ! A good idea would be to get a discount on food we had to buy next door.

Convenient for where we were going.

The bed was more like a trampoline - very very soft and the breakfast was poor. - the service was good but the portions were minute!

This was our second stay in as many weeks so it must have been ok for us to come back! The 3 bedded room we had had a proper adult sized 3rd bed & the room was big enough to accomodate it . We did have to ask for another set of towels & a tea cup but they arrived promptly without any problems. The room & bathroom was clean. A good,no frills room.

We paid for the cooked breakfast option on our first stay & were very disappointed. We had to go to the service station next door & queue at a counter while it was dished up, it was cold & practically inedible . At £7 a go it was very expensive. Needless to say we didn't bother second time around, we went to Telford & ate at Asda , much better value!

Friendly staff, quiet room and well appointed. Reasonable tarriff and close to town ncentre. got locked out at 10.50am but minor hiccup

It was a cheap and cheerful "Motel" not a hotel in any sense of the word. Staff were excellant and polite,room was as expected ,clean and bright.

There was nothing specifically wrong with the "Motel" but the breakfast in the services was definitely not up to scratch,day one no eggs available,bacon like a piece of cardboard (left it as inedible) Day two bacon as before all of items were cold (meal left as inedible). Complained but all I was told was that my complaint would be passed on. No offer of a refund or alternative hot food. Day one dinner had fish and chips chips were really nice but the batter on the fish was still uncooked on the inside, day two had cumberland sausage that was very good. Obviously We will not be eating there ever again.

Location and service of the staff we meet was excellent. Lovely people to deal with. We paid extra for an early check in, but our room wasn't ready. Reception allocated us to another room.

Some one had been smoking in the room allocated to us, not the hotels fault but unacceptable. There was no shower / hair wash in the dispenser in the bathroom which obviously caused an issue. We bought our own and left it for the next guest!

Clean, friendly staff with a nice continental breakfast in a good location.

The cooked breakfast next door was not very good. The building has probably not been built to current building regs as I could hear every step the person upstairs made and when they walked any where near one of the walls in my room it shook and made loud noises. This obviously affected my sleep which is one of the most important aspects of a hotel. Room 105 I think.

Very comfortable room pleasant staff central to our final destination.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times, en route to staying with family. We return as the location is ideal, being so close to the motorway; the rooms are extremely comfortable; the staff have always been excellent. Although there are services around the hotel, it is always a lovely, quiet experience stating at this particular hotel.

We can't think of anything not to like.

Booked a smoking room but it was still quite heavily smelt of smoke, used towels left in room from previous occupants, and also noisey neighbours in adjoining room.

The internal decorations is fab nice and quiet location price within budge free wi-fi CCTV-an uptodate cctv which guarranties safety to some extent

Lazy receptionist - I had to go down many times to get my requests granted stained CARPET-room 102{family} needs cleaning or changed hotel FACILITY-had to go down to collect basic thing like tissue paper
