Convienient location. Good price, but you get what you pay for.

Bathroom and floor of room not very clean. Sofa-bed did not fold out properly. No sheets provided for it.

Well positioned. Pleasant staff. Inexpensive.

Carpet in the room was stained.

Strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in corridor out side of room , very surprised to see dedicated smokers room !! Even worse in the morning when smoking room doors were wedged open for cleaning. Even our son commented, what is that terrible smell!?!

Overall an excellent place to stay. Comfortable,quiet and relaxing.

Excellent friendly staff especially the check in girl on the Saturday evening.

The room was a non smoking room but clearly had been a smokers due to the residual smell or the previous occupant had disregarded this rule and cleaning hadn't cleared it (125)

Convenient for the motorway and driving to local town and attractions.

Although next door the only choice of restaurant was a burger bar or a coffee bar the other eating place closed at 6pm, so very limited on places to get an evening meal.

No Pub and restaurant on site unlike Premium Inns

Staff were excellent, room was basic but ideal for what i needed.

Location? It was a bloody motor way services, room was awful square box lifeless, food in the services was so poor we couldn't eat it.

I have stayed here before and like the location, as it has good access to the M54

The Iron Mark is still in the carpet in Room 105, i'd have thought since last September when i stayed in this room it would have been rectified!!

Hotel clean an beds comfy, the staff were very friendly.

We had two adults two children and the two children had to share a very uncomfortable futon, two single beds would have been much more ideal for us.

The card-key had to be re-programmed each time I came back to the the hotel.

The staff were very helpful. Manager was particularly helpful and tried to sort out problem.

The room I was given was very tired. Bathroom not clean. Tray for coffee very dirty. Dust at top of heater and flex from heater filthy. Under bed found a balloon and thought for money was very disapointing as we had just come from very large room at holiday inn express with breakfast for eighteen pounds less a night.

I was impressed by the managers attitude to our problem. Her name is Melanie Bailey, I will also like thank Annette the duty manager their professionalism made our stay worth while. Sincere thanks and gratitude from my family to both of them.

The lack of proper breakfast. When I say breakfast I mean English breakfast. we would have loved to have breakfast on site. This is one aspect of staying in hotels that my family look forward to.

Room was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great! Look forward to a return trip for next years Elim conference at the international centre.

Brilliant location. Front entrance staff were lovely and very helpful.

Very Very noisy. We were right by the entrance so we heard everything. Couldn't sleep due to noise from the room above and the banging from the fire door. At one point we had someone trying to get in to our room at 10pm!

The battery failed on my bedroom door lock after I had checked in. The staff dealt with it quickly and efficiently and I was impressed with the effort that your receptionist make to check that I was OK and to put me at my ease whilst the problem was fixed. She deserves praise!

The setting of the hotel is rather naff and, by the time I was able to eat, restaurant facilities on the site were very limited.
