We were pleased to have freeview We found the bed far too soft. I would have been better if the mattress was on a hard base. |

The hotel was clean, welcoming and in the right location for where I needed to be. The hotel could do well to offer free wireless internet and have a better selection of teas & coffees etc. |

Friendly staff, clean and functional. The mattress was in very poor condition. There was a permanent hollow on one side, which made the bed very uncomfortable and caused me to change to the fold out bed in the middle of the night, which consequently resulted in a very bad nights sleep. This matter was mentioned to the staff in the morning as needing fairly urgent attention. |

Good location if you need a motorway inn to break up your travel. Right next to the services, nice staff, car park right in front of the hotel. Kettle for making tea/coffee. The hotel was a bit run down, lumpy beds, and could have used a good clean. Our family room was a bit small for the 3 of us ( 2 adults, one 4 yr old) but it did have couch/bed for our child. We arrived late and it was fine for a night to break up our journey West. However, I wouldn't have wanted to stay there for more than a night (or even hang out during the day for that matter). |

Although it was next to the motorway you couldn't hear the traffic it was nice and quiet. The hotel was also very close to all the museums and other attractions. |

Room rate is 40% less on Booking.com than was shown behind the counter. Recepion has a supply of 'essentials' in case you left something at home (noticed, but not needed). Very quiet dispite being next to the motorway - even with the window open. Very much a resting point on your journey and not somewhere you would stay on a holiday No in-hotel food facilities, but as it's part of a service station it's a short walk to the cafe, Burger King and shopping area. |

the bed was comfortable and the room warm The TV reception was out of order.Couldn't receive Radio 2 which may have made life more bearable. Spent £14 buying new books to while away the time. It was noisy people running about in the room above and in the morning doors slamming 06. 00hrs. |

The Hotel was quiet, even though it is situated close to the M54. Plenty of parking was available at all times. The TV system was not working at the time of my stay and staff did not know where the nearest post box was and would not accept mail to be posted over the counter for posting by the hotel mail system, if there was one which they also knew nothing about. |

Haughton Hall, a listed building dating from 1718 and situated in the quiet beauty of rural Shropshire, provides the ideal location to relax and unwind amid comfortable surroundings. |
Park Inn Telford is ideal for Telford's government offices and surrounding business parks, whilst also well placed for Ironbridge and its 9 museums. |
Right next to Telford Rail Station and close to the M54, A442, A5 and town centre amenities, Premier Inn Telford Central is very well located. |
Next door to the famous Grand Theatre, this charming Victorian-style building is in the centre of Wolverhampton, offering comfortable rooms, great food and free Wi-Fi internet access in the lounge. |
