Easy to get to and the rooms were more cosy than Premier Inns. The television up full blast in the bar/lounge area - if you didnt like football you either suffered or had to leave.

For the price the rooms were exceptional and the bathroom was impeccable normally when travelling and I get a cheap room im very disappointed but will definetly stay again and will look for days inn hotels

Large and very comfortable bed. Friendly bar staff (reasonably priced for a hotel). Not very good at 'customer service'. A colleague had brought her husband and baby with them. When they asked very nicely if they could store a bottle of baby milk in the hotel's fridge they were told very abruptly no - there was no room. I find this hard to believe that a hotel could not fit a bottle of milk in their fridge! Although a budget hotel, I still think they need to reassess their attitude to customer service and going the extra mile.

Great staff, easy to book on-line, great bargain price for room, evening food was reasonable, well served, affordable, easy and quick check-in and check-out, no fuss, good roomy accommodation, great location for Wakefield and motorway system. Would have preferred a bath to a shower, the quality of the breakfast food wasn't as good as the evening meals (mediocre sausages, rather tasteless scrambled eggs - powdered?), even the bacon wasn't that nice. But it was weel cooked and hot - the staff did well enough with it but I felt they were working with slightly inferior ingredients.
