Our stay was purely for convenience whilst assisting at an exhibition. However we spent both evenings in the room following a busy day and were grateful for the oportunity to get clean in what was a great shower, make a hot drink, and relax in front of the tv (watching tv in a hotel is not something I would have ordinarily done). The bed and bathroom linen was immaculate, as was the room. Being close to the services was in this instance convenient for an evening meal and despite it's close proximity the room was surprisingly quiet with virtually no noise from traffic. A pleasant stay for its purpose - unfortunatley I cannot comment on surrounding areas of attraction since I my trip was not for leisure. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay, staff were very polite. The bath was particularly shallow, which I did not mind since I made full use of the lovely shower, however my partner would have liked to have a soak in the bath which was not really possible. The mattress was quite soft, but I do appreciate that one persons preference is not the same as someone elses. Overall a perfectly suitable room for our needs for the weekend. I would have liked doors on the wardrobe since the room was smoking. I understand that if someone chooses to smoke they assume responsibility for the smell tainting thier clothes but wouldn't ordinarily smoke around clean clothes and a wardrobe with doors would have offered a little more protection agains the odour.

It was up to its usual standard; we have never had any cause to complain about either cleanliness or facilities. Staff are always helpful, and, apart from a couple who left at 4.15 A.M. apparently unaware that there were others in the hotel, the rooms are always amazingly quiet.

The staff were welcoming and the room was clean and quiet. The electic wall mounted heater was not working and this would be a serious problem in cooler weather. The shower set up was not good for elderly people and the way that the toilet was mounted very close to the wall was not convenient.

Convenient for travelling south after an evening event in Warwick and not noisy although located in a motorway service area. Bath was difficult for someone with bad back and weak knees to get into and out of.
