The staff on reception were cheerful, helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable and spacious. We were fortunate to be given a room at the rear of the hotel, which made it lovely and quiet. All in all, very good value for money.
The bed was a little uncomfortable - quite lumpy and you could really feel the springs! I think it should be replaced soon!
nowhere to get a beer or a glass of wine
Good location for visiting Warwickshire / Oxfordshire. Great value for money and very welcoming staff.
We checked in at7 then went off on a ghost hunt at Warwick Castle returnu g to the hotel at 4:30 am...our extra late checkout at1 pm was very nice !
The staff at reception were very helpful re ady to listen. We found our bed a little uncomfortable and they saw to it being dealt with. Noise levels low. We were on holiday and were pleased to stay here.Made our few days enjoyable.
Have to remember that you are staying on a motorway, noisy from road but also from delivery vehicles during the night
Ease and convenience to break our journey. Continental breakfast in our room. Little fuss checking in or out having booked on-line. Room and en-suite provided all we needed.
Noisy delivery at about 5.45 am!
Despite phoning the day before for directions I wasnt informed there were 2 of these hotels and we went to the wrong one which nearly made us late for the wedding we were going to!
friendly and helpful service, ideal stop-over
Was in really good distance of warwick castle and Stratford. Being a service station there was plenty of places to eat food and it was surprisingly quiet at night.
The only issue we had with the hotel was the directions we got from the hotels website actually took us three miles off the motorway to a town called kineton. If you're goig to give directions they need to be more accurate.
Staff were great, breakfast next door was good, first room 103 week one had no problems
Room 7 week two was the smelliest room I have ever stayed in, firstly the mattress was so badly urinated I turned it over only to find the other side as bad, that aside the room had a very strong damp smell
All staff we met were very pleasant. The discount voucher for breakfast was very welcome - was a good breakfast too !
Laundry being loaded at six a.m. outside of the bedroom window was very annoying. A lift would have been handy as I have difficulty getting up stairs with knee replacements but not worthy of a disabled room.
Amenities on site. Good variety of eateries available
cleanliness of room and bathroom; spacious room; comfortable beds. Very quiet.
only one castor on bed, leaving it lop-sided. However, this fell off as well so straightened it up. Nowhere to put suitcase unless next to kettle. No hand soap when we arrived, but more was given when asked. ONLY ONE CHAIR IN A TRIPLE ROOM - what's that all about? Only one could sit on a chair, one on the bed. After all the expense of fitting out a hotel, surely an extra chair per room isn't going to break the bank.
location and breakfast
bouncy bed and tired bathroom
Staff where very helpful and with a smile
Dated, no iron and heating not good.
It was very clean with plenty of room. The location though near a motorway was very quiet in our room. Would definitely go again as it is so convenient to explore the Warwickshire area from the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room size, bed size, bathroom cleanliness, yorkshire tea in room, and very pleasant staff. The general rule is you get what you pay for,in this case you get a whole lot more. Excellent.
Mattress,a little too soft.
Postcode search using SatNav takes you to Days Inn North
The most comfortable beds we have experienced in this type of accommodation. Although near a busy motorway our sleep was not disturbed by noise. Dark curtains which actually covered the windows well and kept out the light in the early hours of the morning.
location, price, convenience
Great shower. Rooms clean Staff friendly and helpful. Good value
Reception area a bit small.
The room was spacious enough for three people, we had a family room and the beds were comfortable. For a hotel which is by such a busy motorway like the M40, we found it to be really quiet. Very convenient, in terms of having a Waitrose and all other facilities next door. There was nothing we didn't like, it was good value for money and well located for all the things we wanted to do and places we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
clean tidy nice and quiet had a good night sleep , breakfast was brought to the room on the time they said.
First of all the place was hard to find didn't know it was with welcome break the post code is not right sends you to a dead end , rang up do get some directions and the girl on the other end was not helpful at all, when we did get there the girl on reception was not interested whatsoever in the fact that it took us 2 hours to find the days Inn On the services board it needs to be advertised the days inn its got every one else on there.
