Staff were absolutley excellent! The fact that it was situated above a multistory car park, and water came pouring in the bathroom ceiling during the heavy rain. |

It was in a central location with all ememities that we required for our one night stay, easy parking, basic but clean and confortable value for money accomodation. Not enough milk for the tea & coffee. |

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in. The room was tidy. The bathroom was not clean and the hotel is in desperate need of some money spending on it. The carpets were frayed and shabby and there was an iron mark that had melted the carpet. There were no signs in the car park entrance to the hotel, it proved very difficult to find. |

The aroma of the hotel was exceptional, as well as the ambience. As well as the entrance into the room which had the lovely narrow corridors leading to beautiful spacious rooms. The room costs were extortionate. |

The room was small but comfortable. The breakfast restaurant has a great view over the city. The hotel is built into the top floors of a multistorey carpark but skillfully done. It is not in the best part of town! |

You were not hassled to be out your room during the day, as we had just returned from Mexico and wanted to sleep all day the first day The breakfast choice was good. |

Breakfast was continental style which suited us fine and there was a good choice every morning of cereal, muffins, crossiants etc as well as a good range of cold/hot drinks The hotel was right in the middle of Leicester so it was extremely noisy at night and our window looked out over extremely run down buildings and dirty streets! We also requested a cot for our son but when we arrived it had not been put in the room (we ended up with im sleeping with us) |

It really needs refurbishing. The mould in the shower. And the fact that the shower was just a dribble. And the springs that poked me in the mattress. |

Absolutely nothing. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in The location on the outskirts of town was very run down. The hotel which is at the top of a multi storet car park has two lifts to the street below. The main lift from reception is ok, but very small. The other lifts which are mainly for the car park, smell of urine - use the reception lift! The rooms are very basic and and poorly maintained. The maid service is below standard. When I arrived at my room I found a soiled nappy in the bin from the previous occupant. There is a disco or club on the pavement outside, music is played here until early hours of the morning. |

I spoke to several staff during my stay and they were all friendly and helpful. It was also very cheap. Comfy bed. Free wifi in the lobby. Building and surroundings were pretty nasty, but for a business trip that's not really a big deal... Very thin walls may be a problem if you're next to mouth-breathing bellowing fools. The breakfast croissants were a bit dry and sad looking. Still, not half bad for the price, just don't take a hot date there :) |

Easy access to town /work - staff very accommodating. Buffet breakfast very enjoyable but pity not hot food as well! Able to hear all noises in rooms next door - ie man snoring loudly all night and people in the other side in and out from 4am onwards(not sure if this was a staff room) |

Central location, clean and comfortable if a little basic. It served me well as a base from which to attend a music festival in the city. I found the hot water to be not quite hot enough either in shower or hand basin |

Nice central location.Decoration,Bar and Restaurant needs a major development otherwise it is like basic B&B. Looking from the room window the corridor was flooded with water, litter ,filth. |
