De locatie: om de hoek een metrostation aan de Central line naar Londen. Ongeveer 20 minuten naar het centrum.

Het ontbijt. Is bij de prijs inbegrepen, maar mag geen naam hebben. Geen vleeswaren en alleen voorverpakte kaasjes. Wel mogelijkheid om full breakfast te bestellen tegen 8 pond. Er zat schimmel in de badkamer en de kraan van de douche werkte niet goed. Daarnaast veel geluiden van verkeer. Hef hotel ligt aan een drukke weg.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, prima prijsstelling.

De locatie direct naast de Underground was de voornaamste reden, alsmede het gratis parkeren (wat in London wel een fenomeen genoemd mag worden).

Het ontbijt viel erg tegen. Weinig keuze voor wat betreft beleg en als je een eitje of bacon wilde moest daarvoor extra worden betaald.

Nette kamer. Goede (stille) airco. Eigen ruime parkeerplaats. Locatie vlak bij (loopafstand) metrostation.

Te hoge kosten voor een WiFi ( > 8 pond/dag )

Voor Londense begrippen een prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding, de underground stopt naast de deur, 30 min en je staat hartje Londen, via de Central Line. Gratis parkeren bij het hotel!!

Ontbijtzaal ongezellig, het ontbijt uitgesproken karig, als broodbeleg is alleen jam of kaas beschikbaar, dit kan en moet echt beter!

Close to Tube Station. Friendly pup next door. Free parking.

Air con in room didn't work, room was too hot.

Perfect place to spend a night before visiting London (if you arrived by car). Free parking, you are allowed to leave the car near hotel even when you are after check out, just 50 m to underground station. Very helping personel. Good price when you use "secret deal" offer

Free WI-FI only for first 24 hours, you must register first and then you are allowed to use it. Only continental brakfast, you must extra pay for something more

Rooms were nice size and very clean,breakfast was acceptable for continental.

Arrived fairly late on the sunday night and wanted to relax with drink but they closed the bar at 11pm and being a resident and not being able to get served was very annoying,if another hotel had been close by I would have left.

Ample parking. Curry in the restaurant was excellent. Very close proximity to the underground/railway station - we we're not disturbed by the noise of the track even though it was right outside our bedroom window.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful

Need to go back to Reception for the (free) safe deposit box key - it could be given, or at least offered, at check-in.

Full English breakfast. Poorly prepared and poorly delivered.

excellent staff all polite and friendly..sorted the very hot shower in our room with no fuss..lovely people.

The serving staff at breakfast were sloppy and i saw one wipe their nose with the palm of their hand.

The staff were all friendly and the premises was clean.

The food was poor. The evening meal for 14 did not agree with the vast majority who felt unwell the day after and the breakfast arrangements were chaotic. I could have gone home and made toast and returned before the hotel machine made any. Staff said it was busy but there was no contingency with no spare tables set although plenty in the bar area.

I arrived rather ill and your desk staff were extremely helpful with carrying my bags and sorting my parking out! - you made me relaxed and sleep with ease, thank you to your team on that night!

Like most the Location ...it felt like the station is at the door step from South Ruislip Tube station which has central line connectivity and a 40 mins ride to Westminster/Piccadilly. The Hotel was clean and staff were good.

I think the breakfast could have more varieties/ items in its menu- kids like Egg/ sausages, which were missing from the complementary menu. The Rooms were not very big as compared to other similarly prices hotels like 'Premier inn'. However, rooms have all the facilities including dryer/ coffee-tea maker/ locker/ drawers/ table/chairs/ LCD TV and a wide window. Overall stay was good although a wider room could have been more relaxing.

I liked the cleanliness, good matching of colors in the room and good customer care.

in room 123, the heating is so poor. i was cold through out the nite.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Grandson was very dissapointed we were not staying a 2nd night. Will come again.

Lack of childrens menu or facilities. My grandson is only 5, well manered and polite, chairs were too low or tables too high in the dinning room. We're flexible so we managed.

The cleanliness, decor and friendliness of the staff. The hotel is ideally situated for us. We stayed here last year, again this year and will stay again.

(a) That our towels were replaced in spite of us having hung them up. This was not necessary after one night, and we were quite happy to use them again the next day. (b) Also we had trouble in adjusting the heating / air con in the room - simple instructions for technically-challenged visitors like us would have been very helpful.

we enjoyed our stay the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good. The itialian menu was not available but the indian and bar menus were good. It is a good location to go into the city as the train station is next door

I have no negative remarks to make

Close proximity to the tube easy to get into London.Bar meals and the breakfast were excellent continental was included in the price and £8.95 for full English very reasonable.Room was a good size very quiet so had a good nights sleep.

Nothing to dislike.

The Staff are always good

Not being able to swipe a debit card to keep my account open during my stay. Therefore did not use the bar as this would have gone onto my account (why is it that you only swipe credit cards - does not make sense?)
