Spacious, cleanliness No air conditioning, it was a hot week and when I asked for a fan their answer was 'some apartments have, some don't ' we don't know which ones do though' ?? only managed to get a fan on the following day after insisting on it. Kettle didn't work. I asked for replacement and they replaced for another useless one! Wifi is paid. £5 a day for each device! Ridiculous! So if you have an Iphone, a laptop and an iPad that will cost u £15 a day per person! There is no chopping knife in the kitchen so bring your own if you need to chop some vegetables...the are really noisy road works going on outside, although its not their fault, it would be nice to give the guests rooms facing the patio first (I saw a few empty ones...) Lastly, on my final day they called me at 12.10 to remind check out was at 12. As I said i'd come down in 5 min they replied 'can you hurry up please' I thought that comment was unnecessary...

It is good value for money .Its location is central and quite only a 10 minutes walk to the center of the city . The parking facility is poor even if we requested in advance to reserve, on arrival we have been told no space was available. Our request was not on record.

Being able to share an apartment with my 3 friends made for a far more social experience than staying in a hotel. Having the kitchen and lounge was especially useful. A few stains and dents here and there but nothing that bothered us. Windows needed a clean.

Excellent facilties and location, being close to all the attractions of Bristol. Internal doors and floors were both very squeeky, making moving quietly around the appartment at night impossible. Road noise was a major problem and an especialy noisy delivery of bedlinen at 6am was extremely annoying waking everybody up on both mornings. This could easily be rescheduled by the management to later and this would vastly improve the guests experience.

Reasonably priced. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Tv not easy to work. Staff need to be a bit more receptive towards guest, appeared sometimes rude and could not be bothered attitude.

I think this is the best hotel I have ever stayed since I arrived in this country. I am a international student and the price of the hotel is pretty good in terms of its facilities.

Very spacious for the money, lovely to have own kitchen There was an unpleasant smell from the corridor and in the room. It may have been decorated very recently although it was an unusual putty like smell I did not recognise.

Good location - walking distance from the train station and city centre. Ideal amount of space. Extremely good value for money. Staff were really uninterested. We stayed at Premier Apartments Liverpool and they were so welcoming and friendly. Bristol was a very different experience.

The location is good for both the train station and city shopping There was a lot of sound from the hallway outside my room. Also the 2 sofas in the living room were much too soft, not in the least comfortable. My back bothered me each day after I slept in the bed.

Good value, good location, great to have the extra room of an apartment in the same price range as a hotel. A little basic and the room / furniture was a bit tired, but at the price you can't really complain.

Good size apartment, ideal for spending time with friends. The sofa was totally worn out with no cushioning, this made it uncomfortable to sit which was a shame as the lounge area was a good size.

Staff were most helpful when we had a problem with a missing remote control for the tv set. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very well appointed. Outward appearance is a bit prison-like. It was not immediately obvious how to get in when I first arrived.

All amenities were good, location, facilities, nearby street parking free overnight, security of the complex, quiet area (for the city) heating was good, tv, cooker and fridge all good. It was very comfortable. Staff greeting us were friendly too. The only thing that spoilt our stay (and I had been wary about from other reviews) was the lack of hot water for our morning showers. The hot water heating system is obviously a design fault in the apartments. There is a notice to tell you to push the override button for Hot water but it isn't instant and takes an hour and a half to warm through. This is bad when you need to be up early and need instant hot water. The lack of hot water. It's fine if you've plenty of time to wait for it to heat up in the morning.

Quiet and convenient location, basic but comfortable facilities. Parking only available for 12 cars (according to the receptionist) and must be booked in advance. Carpets badly needed shampooing - some black stains on the floor in the bedroom.
