Spacious apartment with everything one needs. Great security. Lovely bedrooms and beds were comfy. Only 2 of us and could comfortably sleep 6. It was very difficult to find despite being located centrally. No courtesy light by key pad which meant it was difficult to read instructions upon arrival.Bathroom was disappointing - felt dated compared to rest of apartment and not as luxurious as rival Bristol apartments. |

i think the highlight has to be the friendliness of the staff, but the comfort and location of the apartment was also excellent. |

Very nice apartment style room. Kitchen facilities were good and the washer/dryer came in handy while on a longer holiday trip. Location is very good relative to the railway station in particular. Rooms are cleaned and serviced only once per week so guests can run into problems with such things as towels if not aware of the policy. This was not obvious from the website information. |

Its city location convenient for the city centre, Close to transport links The apartment was very clean and furnished to a high standard. Not enough kitchen equipment, no parking (will only book again if parking is more available) No balcony, not suitable for children, |

We like the size of the apartment, the lounge, the TV and the kitchen facilities It was in a very quiet area and there were no staff to greet you on arrival. The shower did not work and the bath was discoloured. The doors were very noisy and heavy to open. Despite double glazing there were occasional loud noises outside during the night. |

The freedom to relax /cook etc during the short stay...less formal! The apartment was fabulaous but over the main entrance and was therefore extremely noisy when other drunk people came home at 3/ 4 and even 5 in the morning |

I liked the space as the apartment was roomy. All of the staff were very helpful, the cleanliness of kitchen and the facilities for a stop over or extended stay were excellent etc. The location was good and within easy walking distance. A little shop around the corner sold all items you could need during your stay. I would stay again, indeed have booked another Premiere appartment in Newcastle. There were stains on the bedroom carpet which made the place look a little less inviting. The covers on the furniture were quite old, faded and badly fitted which took the edge off. |

ideal for us as we have a young baby so we could put her to bed and still have and evening to ourselves. There was a bit of noise from the street and the apartments were quite hot but opening a window meant more noise. |

The size of the apartment is very good, especially for 2 people. Even for a group of 4 sharing a 2-bed apartment is not that bad either. Also, the location of these apartments are very close to Bristol central town so it's walking distance to most restaurants and of course the Cabot Circus. The only down side I can think of is that it would be nice to provide those little packet of biscuits to go with a cup of tea, just to give a much more welcome feeling to the guests (and to ease the hunger in the early mornings). Oh, and air con for this heated weather will certainly help the comfort at night time! |

It was excellent the apartment is very relaxing and homely. Other advantages is very private, its location is good very quiet though your still in the city centre. The gate doens't show you direction to the reception area. The receptionist just open the gate without talking to you on the interphone is quite tricky to where you going. |
