The Staff and security were very helpful, they went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed! The Apartment is very spacious, it was really like a home from home! The location was great, we will definately be staying here again!

Lovely design, clean, central and well-fitted out. Underground parking facility was very useful. Only problem was that the (non-smoking) apartment smelt strongly of cigarette smoke.

Rooms were excellent plenty of space, surprised at the size of the apartment. Directions were clear, as car park is off Waterloo cresent not Thornton street, so a bit of a mess around there, all in all very good

Location, also bright airy and clean with very good sized rooms. The beds are very comfortable (love the matress). Friendly reception staff. A budget to mid price apartment which offers a city centre, high spec, clean and friendly experience, a must for any travellers who care about their accomodation away from home ! Most apartments/hotels now offer free wifi, and a faster speed.

Comfortable Good facilities Stylish Friendly staff Good value for money We expected some city noise but did not expect: - pub opposite to be frequently emptying its bottles in the evening - drunk people being noisy in street until 4.30am - noisy refuse collection of glass early one morning. We think you should describe the noise on your website.

The staff were very helpful and polite, the apartment was excellent with great facilities and superb location. I would and have recomended premier apartments to friends and family as i myself will look to stay their again when i next visit Newcastle.

Location excellent the staff were very helpful and apartment was clean and tidy. The parking facilities were excellent. I would stay again and recommend the apartments to my friends and colleagues. Nothing was wrong with the apartments.

I liked being able to get to the car park on the lift instead of having to walk around to it my stay at premier apartments was good and I would recommend to a friend. Having to get out the car to put code in for car park gates

That a group of 4 can stay in the same appartment. We also liked the fact that there were 2 bathrooms as well. The kitchen facilities were very good and everything was very clean. We also requested extra pillows and a dvd player which were brought up to us immediately. As we were 4 girls on our own we liked the fact that there was a security man in the office out of hours. This is very important especially when coming back late after a night out.

The location is good for Newcastle centre shopping and music venues but we did find it very noisy The city centre location means its noisy and the square outside seems to emphasise the noise because of the high buildings around it. Doublr glazing seems inadequate to deal with this as all windows were closed and we could still hear every word of people in the street below despite being four floors up

Have been a couple of times now. Enjoy the luxury apartments and the freedom that you get. Close to all amenities in Town and prices are great when booked early enough. Fire alarm went off around noon. When my family got out the building, staff were already out without checking that everyone had left the building. The fire brigade did arrive, but fortunately, it was a false alarm.
