The location was perfect, apartments were huge, plenty of room for 5 of us in each room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. No complaints at all! Clutching at straws for a negative really but there were loads of signs everywhere which seemed abit unnecessary.

Location was excellent and the facilities for the price were second to none. The staff were very helpful. Parking under the building gave me peace of mind as I knew my car was secure. Finding the building was very difficult and my Sat Nav had great difficulty negotiating the one way system. There was allot of noise from outside the building which meant sleep was interrupted. There was a strong paint smell in the room.

The apartments were suprisingly spacious and well equipped. The lounge/dining room was well separated from the bedroom area, enabling the adults to be able to chat comfortably without waking the children! Central location. Excellent value for money (we booked when on special). We were particularly impressed because we booked our room at a discounted price.

Very helpful staff. Made sure our late check in was sorted. A bit puzzled with why you send a form out to be signed for a deposit etc. very awkward method and a bit off putting. Apartments v nice though. Cheers

This accomodation is very centrally located ,everything is within comfortable walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious,well equipped and clean. All in all an excellent choice of accomodation for us and I would recommend to others. Secure parking was a bonus. Hot water took ages to come through in the showers but was fine when it arrived!!

Our stay was great! Travelled with 4 girls for my 21st and couldnt of been happier wiht our choice of accomodation! Apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very homley. Staff were also very friendly and helped where ever they could. We also felt very safe. Definatley be back again :)

Having stayed in these type of apartments before, I would always try and book these type of rooms if available. The main reason is the comfort of having a home from home layout rather than just a bed or single chair to sit on when in the room Nothing to worry about, you get the usual night time singing when the pubs start throwing folk out but best thing is to join them as the Geordies are great people to party with

The location just a couple of hundred yards from the central train station was ideal. The apartment was excellent,very spacious and clean with all the amenities required.The staff at checkin and checkout were very friendly and most helpful. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an ideal base in the centre of Newcastle.

We chose to stay at Premier Apartments as we were visitting family nearby. It was our first time away from home with our 3 month old baby. The apartment allowed us more flexibility and freedom than a hotel room. We were able to put our baby son to bed and enjoy the rest of the evening itch the lounge / kitchen area while he slept. Ideal! The shower in the en-suite bathroom had some mould and mildew. Apart from that, no complaints at all.

We received a warm welcome and were able to park under the apartments which was ideal for all our luggage. The apartments were very spacious trendy and smart with great home from home facilities. The bathroom showers had mould on them.

Apartments were perfect for our girly hen weekend in Newcastle. They were ideal for our stay in the facilties they provided, due to the comfort, space and access. They are perfectly located close to everything and within easy walking distance. Nothing, only thing we would have liked is more towels.
