Right in the city centre, handy for the station. The "local" the Bodega ,good pub where five of us were able to get a seat Fri. and Sat. night! Not the hotels fault, but other quests bring in fast food and throwing it around in Lift and landing. In the hotels favour it was cleared up in the morning. Of course its a bit noisy outside on a friday and saturday night but then thats the city centre! |

Quiet, relaxing city centre apartment with easy access to good restaurants, bars, the riverside, shopping, business offices. There was a slight smell of stale smoke in the room despite it being a non-smoking apartment. |

I loved the location in the city, very close to the centre and easy to find from the station, I loved the sitting area where we could sit and socialise rather than all squeeze into one room before going out no hot water which we didnt discover untill the following morning but it was not very pleasant to shower and we didnt use cooker for breakfast as we wouldnt have been able to wash dishes, felt the welcome pack could be more substantial as it was only 4 tea bags, coffee and milk, you normally have enough to make at least more than one cuppa, also no toiletries at all which I felt for a premier appt... |

Excellent location. Rooms were very spacious and spotless. Would definitely go back. Just a small thing advertised sold water and when we went to get some there was none. |

More relaxed than a hotel. Great to have own kitchen space and bedroom with en suite. There was a stain which looked like someone had been sick on the armchair |

A very pleasant experience: centrally located and comfortable for a touring base. Walking distance to the railroad station and all the city sights and the Hadrian's bus stop. |

Although there were 4 of us staying in the apartment there was plenty of room. We were not falling over each other. It was also clean and airy and the staff really friendly and nice. |

Covenient for city centre and the railway station. We like to stay in and cook, hence the reason for taking an apartment. We were visiting my son who is at university in Newcastle. There was not enough plates etc to cater for 5 and house keeping was not available at weekend to help. |

It was nice to stay in an actual apartment with living area rather than just a hotel room. Apartments have done to a good standard, kitchen and bathrooms are nice. Lack of towels- only one between two, lack of pillows- only one each, remote controls for TV and radio didn't work (could have been batteries). As TV was a digi box this means you couldn't turn it over. Windows don't open properly and although the room has a balcony guests are not allowed a key to the door which is a shame. Small things let what should be a great |

IT was situated near the city centre and very easy to get to from the metro. The room itself was perfect and had everything we could possibly want. The one thing I didnt like was the £200 security bond?! We had no previous notice of this in the literature we received, and left us stuck money wise for the trip as we dont have credit cards and the credit card we used to book the room wasnt acceptable?! Very poor! |

The central location of the apartments are ideal for all recreational activities, and the level of facilities within your abode are well above expectation. |

Satisfactory for my trip (shopping and night out with friends). Great location and helpful, friendly staff. Apartments nice and roomy. Not quite as luxuriously appointed as website suggests. I was a business person expecting luxury I would be dissapointed as fixtures a bit jaded though clean - rug had cigarette burn for example. Quite a few stag parties - gangs of drunk young lads - staying which didn't bother us (we're all 40 and fun-loving) but might other clientele. |
