lots.. the staff was incredibly helpful.. specially the staff on sunday when we arrive, she was so lovely. the apartment itself was fantastic. very comfortable with all the kitchen and wahing machine.. (that was really helpful). i stayed with my parents and my brother who wanted to attend my academic congregation. i requested very quiet room and they did effort with the best they could.. we really enjoyed it. the only i have issued is that it has been charged for wifi connection, and i found a piece of glasses inside the carpet which is hurt my foot. maybe because the cleaning services was in hurry when we arrived and we have to wait 30 minutes to get room ready. but it wasnt bothering us at all because the facility and the room itself is very satisfactory.. |

my friends and I usually stay in a hotel when visiting Newcastle so having the luxury of all the space was excellent, also having two bathrooms was a bonus. Our apartment was not ready when we checked in but the receptionist was very helpful and we were able to leave our cases which were taken up to our apartment for us. |

The central location with secure car parking and a home from home feel about the accommodation. There were some noisy drunks outside until 1am. |

We were able to have privacy as a family and the facilities were excellent.Staff were approachable and extremely helpful and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Not relating to the hotel but I was a bit concerned about the vicinity as our daughters (in early twenties) may have wanted to go out in the evening and I would have been perhaps rather anxious-or an overprotective parent! |

Excellent position re railway, shops & Chinatown. Good sized living space & bedrooms & well furnished. Helpful, pleasant staff Double glazing not very effective in keeping sound out. Beds could have been firmer. Shower was on the small side - not easy to get in & out of for large people or those with disabilities. Dish washer would be preferable to washing machine. Would have appreciated a dvd player |

I ended up with a 2-bed, 2 bathroom appartment with a seperate living room/kitchen. Great decor, immaculate and fully furnished including, crockery, cutlery, utensils... and even a washing machine! I only wish my business trip would have lasted longer. Great alternative to a hotel room for a similar price. Have already reccomended it to colleagues who will be staying in Newcastle in the near future. No food service but there are probably a dozen take-aways within 2 minutes walk. |

Excellent apartment with really good standard of equipment. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Good, secure parking facilities as well at a reasonable cost for the day. |

The apartment size was large and spacious, and suitably confortable for our party of four. The media in the apartments should be updated - TV, cable etc. A MP3 dockable music system would have been a good complement. |

The location is excellent, just 5 to 7 minutes walk from the main railway station, bars, shops & quayside. The kitchen is well equipment and the sofa very comfortable for chilling out after a hard day sight seeing. Tesco's deliver which is very useful. |
