Location is excellent which is close to town in walking distance. The interior is good and beds are fine. I had to pay extra for wi-fi which I don't think this is reasonable nowadays. Parking is also not free. The apartment is located at the side of road which is quite noisy. Ambulance were running all the times and some guys even talked and shouted at night which made us awake.

Convenient location, cheap and cheerful with secure parking on site. No air con, so we had to have open windows, noisy throughout the night.

The freedom of being able to prepare meals in the apartment or to eat out, and the buzz of the city. The apartment was spacious well furnished.

Space and freedom of having our "own home" away from home. (1) 4' 6" bed. (2) Specific directions to car park entrance for initial arrival would have been an enormous help. (3) Unreliable lift doors on ground floor.

Being right next door the the Ice Arena was the best part of my stay here. We chose the apartments for this reason & were not disappointed.

Large comfortable room, well positioned within easy walking distance of town. The room its self had all the equipment needed for a trouble free stay. Not the most impressive of receptions and entrance area, only one key for access to the building, the staff were polite and friendly but not very efficient.

Nice setting, good apartment, good secure parking very good for acess to ice arena a good allround package, it has made us take a look at apartments in Dublin for a stay. Was told we could check in at 2pm, so made all travel and dining arrangements to suit. However unfortunately we did not get into apartment until 5.00 pm so did not have time to shower and change and then go for evening meal, so had to cancel table at cost and make do with a hot dog at show(Lee Evans very good) did'nt really spoil weekend but the evening meal was a big part of it, but it will not put us off booking again but would take further if it happened again.

Comfort, space and location very good, as close to a home from home as you could get. All kitchen facilities very good. Rooms were far too warm for comfortable sleeping even with windows opened. This allowed for street noise disturbing sleep. Detailed directions for car park access would be very helpful.

Facilities. Hair dryer and microwave etc. well equipped. Receptionist was a bit stroppy as we were 45 mins early before check in. No where to store baggage securely if you get there early. Bathroom light needed a pulley end on the string as it was just a grubby piece of string hanging there. Bit grim.

Very large, two-bedroomed apartment with two bathrooms, one en-suite. Good kitchen facilities, including fridge, cooker, washing machine. Convenient location near to shops and next to ice-rink and bowling. Excellent value for money at the price we paid. No immediate access and had to wait some time to be admitted via doorbell system. Small niggles, such as first key not working and only one spoon for three people. Need to look at customer service.

Location - facilities, size of the room and sitting area/kitchen - great presentation The mattress was awful - very soft and lumpy :-( Such a shame as it really let the place down. The bath tap was running constantly and broken, the shower had great pressure but was cold, no matter how we changed the dial, no hot water - and it was switched on too - this was room 20 - only had hot water from the kitchen tap, none in the bathroom :-( - would be a fantastic place if these things were fixed!

Really enjoyed my stay at these apartments location was great ideal for 2 or 3 nights stay as it was just like being at a home from home, facilities were fine view was pretty good would definately stay again and would recommend these apartments to others. The only thing that was annoying was the slamming of doors from other rooms during the day I know it sounds petty but it did begin to wind me up as it was happening every 10 mins in the morning but thats my only complaint and I'm sure with a bit of DIY could easily be sorted

We decided to stay as we were attending a concert at the Arena and this was just the perfect location, at a great price. Being walking distance to the town was also great, meaning we could explore the area by foot and not have to worry about keep moving the car. The room itself was a nice surprise, big, comfortable and clean. However, we had chosen a non-smoking room and someone had recently smoked heavily in our bathroom which truly was disgusting. We brough air freshener to try to help but it did really affect our stay as the smell was constantly there. What a shame!

Having stayed here in July 2011 we came again because we found the location and the standard of the rooms was really good. The rooms were clean and airy, nicely decorated and very comfortable The only real criticism was the lack of basic toilteries in the bathroom but that was it. We will be staying here again when we come to Nottingham.

Comfortable and just like being at home. Never feels like a hotel room. I did request a smoking room, but was given a non-smoking room. I think it should be clear at booking whether this option is possible as we would have gone somewhere else.

Location was very good, just a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was a lot bigger than we expected and had lots of storage space etc. The only thing was it was a little noisy at night with the traffic but I would still stay there again
