The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Good location near the main part of Cheltenham.

Parking was difficult. The stairs were very steep and there was no lift.

Generally the apartment was very nice and comfortable, you couldn't really fault it.

The tv in the master bedroom didn't work at all, no signal. The spa details are misleading, it is a 20/25 minute walk and you need to take your own towels. We expected 5 minutes and took no towels,

Absolutely fantastic location my girlfriend and i spent a few days in Cheltenham and found 22 Lansdown Place the perfect getaway apartment! Definitely back next year!!

Ideally placed for central Cheltenham. Excellent facilities.

We booked an overnight stay here with 24 hours to go. Within 30 mins of making the booking we were contacted by the owners who confirmed they could provide us with a cot, e mailed all the details to us and then later sent us a text with details on how to access the keys. Very prompt efficient service which made a last minute booking relaxed and easy. The apartment was done to a very high standard.

The only downside was that when I booked I was not told that the apartment was at the top of the building up two flight of stairs and that the apartment itself was on two levels with the bathroom on the entrance level and the bedroom and kitchen/lounge up a flight of steep stairs. The apartment was fine for a single traveller or a couple but we had our 21 month old daughter with us so the lay out of the apartment was not ideal. I would certainly stay at the accomodation again but would ask for a ground floor apartment which would have been more suitable if you have young children. The availability of a highchair would also have been a good idea.

The location and facilities of Lansdown place were all fantastic. It was a great central place to stay. The guest book was very informative and the owners of the apartment had thought of everything travellers may need and were ready. The staff at MJ were quite helpful.

The bath needed to be scrubbed before it could be used. This was more than likely a one off as the rest of the apartment was very clean.

loved the location and that it was walking distance to shops and bars. apartment was very clean and warm (I think it was the coldest and wettest weekend of the year) nice area and very quiet apartment.

we were given the wrong door entry code but luckily one of the residents came to our rescue. it was very cold waiting on the doorstep. I double checked my emails but the code was definitely wrong and completely different to the correct one. it would be a nice extra to be given essential toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel as most other apartments I looked at provided them.

We liked the location, being very close to the centre and with unlimited parking. The accommodation was very good. There was a small dishwasher but only one tea towel, which was not sufficient for small amounts of washing up over the course of several days. Generally, it was very clean, although dusty under bedside tables, etc. There is a smaller than standard bath in the bathroom, which - if you like baths - did not make for a relaxing soak. But on the whole, we would definitely recommend this accommodation, set in a beautiful yellow stone period house.

On arrival, the details of entry code and emergency telephone number supplied were inaccurate. After a tiring journey, we were left on the doorstep for 15 minutes trying to work out why the entry code would not work and when we rang the emergency telephone number supplied it kept coming up as number unknown. Had our heavily pregnant daughter not been with us (with her superior mobile phone) it would have taken us a long time to sort out. In fact, we were beginning to think we had been hoaxed. However, our daughter was able to access my emails and we found another contact number, on which we were able to contact the company and get the revised code and contact number. We were cold, tired and fed up by this time.

22 Lansdowne Place, was just perfect for our needs! Would recommend to others. However, there is a leak in the main bathroom toilet and we could not find the bins outside for our rubbish! Otherwise lovely Thanks you

Location is good, apartment is roomy and clean. This is the second time I've stayed and would stay again.

The workman looking into the bedroom window first thing in the morning !! I was on the top floor, the last thing you would expect..... mattress was uncomfortable and it could do with a TV in the bedroom (solo traveller).

Beautiful place to stay and the lobby is stunning with its suspended stair case, the apartment was lovely and modern, we had a wonderful stay.

The glass topped coffee table the wife and family kept banging their shins on it which have turned into a number of bruises.

Such a perfect place to stay! Can't say anything bad about apartments! Next time will stay there again for sure!

Central location, very clean, easy access and booking, I would stay again.

In comparison to other apartments that I have stayed it would have been nice to have a few basics like bread and milk in the fridge, but that's a minor observation, the booking did stipulate that there was no additions to the room only package.

Booked this property for one night for my Daughter's 18th Birthday. She stayed with 3 friends in the 2 bedroomed appartment. Firstly, the location is fantastic - 5 mins walk to shops and lovely bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is amazing. Wow! was one of the many positive words used to describe the property. Fantastically furnished with luxurious, modern facilities, which combined with the original features of the property, really made it special. Booking was very easy and I was contacted prior to the date with all the relevant details on how to gain access etc - fantastic and friendly service! Will definately return in the future.
