Staff very friendly and helpful and recognised you, the food was good as was the service The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked. There was no safe in the room and you had to request a hair drier from reception. The parking at the hotel was difficult.

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful No Wifi in rooms, beds very uncomfortable, bathroom door wouldn't shut properly and there was a small leak in the bathroom which was not repaired despite a request for same. From the description of the hotel I believed the hotel to be on the beach front - it wasn't.

The breakfasts were fantastic, your generosity, astounding. All the staff we encountered were so nice, pleasant, helpful and friendly and made us feel really at home. The location was a real disappointment, we were surprised at the business of the road outside, parking was also difficult. We thought the rooms were fairly basic in terms of the decor and furnishings.

Very good food at hotel. The breakfast was excellent. No problem in moving me to a quieter room upon request and noise level from kitchen addressed. Had to ask to move to quieter room as kitchen staff had music on so high my room vibrated like a disco and couldn't hear news on TV while trying to drown it out! Beds very soft and quite uncomfortable for 6 nights.

Very friendly staff. Had a budget room (as we did not want breakfast included). Good facilities. Excellent value. St Helier is dominated by a power station that is very unattractive. If we go to Jersey again would give the capital a miss.

Friendly staff and helpful. The distance from the hotel to the centre a lot further than indicated on the web and brochure. The first floor sun terrace furniture was dirty and very dusty.

We liked the staff, they were so friendly and helpful, we could not fault them, they were so nice. The curtains in our triple room were not hanging properly, which made the room look shabby, with the missing hooks. Breakfast was basic with no muesli whatsoever, also we stayed there 3 nights so eggs poached didn't taste like eggs and tried them fried the next morning and they tasted like cardboard and dried out. No bread rolls available.
