Just about everything. The evening meal was really good, our compliments to the chef!
Very friendly and efficient staff
There was nothing not to like!!! Staff are happy and work as a team nothing to dificult to do or help. Thank you
Very old fashioned.
Staff friendly, room excellent, food good.
breakfast tired looking rooms
The building and grounds were lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, the room service was excellent, good beds.
The breakfast hours were not late enough. We were told we had to be in the breakfast room no later than 9:30am, which is too early when one is travelling on holiday, and we had been attending a function quite late the night before.
The food, dated decor, no bath
Staff fantastic food excelent overall good
Found the rooms quite dated and small and the shower room was poor
The staff are always polte and friendly. So nice to have a swimming pool on site and beautiful grounds for a stroll and to see the bunnies. Lots of parking.
The signage to bedrooms could be clearer. Prices in restaurant too expensive.
Have a swimming poole .food was nice . Staff was very helplly
To far to walk have no buses had to got a taxi all the time to the town which cost us 18 all in all
Nice building and grounds Tennis courts
The size of the family room The poor quality of the mattresses
Rude staff I found a hair in my breakfast asked for a new one an they brought the same one back out
A little dated but still nice.
Room very small. Noisy. Very hot weather and it was impossible to sit outside as there was NO SHADE anywhere. A few umbrellas would certainly help.
Everything was very good value. The Staff were really excellent.
Personally I found the bed uncomfortable, but that is all I could find.fault with.
pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff
Rooms very ordinary, no free water, tiny tv.. Bed was old and needed replacing
Service and food was very good
Some of the rooms are very tired and need updating/redecorating.
The restaurant was very nice and the grounds pretty.
There were no stays on the windows even though we were on the ground floor. Room was a bit noisey as it was by the driveway.
staff - cleanliness
in annex where there was a private function and music never finished till 11.30 so i was with my wife, mum and dad and dealing with a bereavement so we were all exhausted travelling from scotland so was very dissapointed that we never were told while booking as i would have avoided it - plus we drove 60 miles from putney
Small room, small bed, small bath and large room rate. My sister in law was provided with a much large double room as a single and she booked after me.
Staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Excellent
Bedroom was a little tired and needed some attention
Stayed here for my birthday - beautiful hotel, nice quiet room, very spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and welcoming - I would defiantly be returning and recommending to my friends. The location is great too, out of the way from the busy M25 and Brentwood high street but still close enough to jump in a taxi to the bars and restaurants.
Location food was amazing and cleaniness
Wifi didn't always connect
De Rougement Manor has all the professionalism of large hotel with strong corporate values combined with the friendliness and intimacy of a family business. The staff were helpful and polite and there was none of the impersonal officiousness one often associates with a chain
