my deposit was £5 short i booked pitch view n got carpark view.

This hotel stay for my husbands big 30. He is not a CCFC fan but the idea of a room overlooking the pitch was something I knew would blow him away... and it really did. the staff were so lovely. And super nice with me wanting to reserve a breakfast table in the morning (which they allowed me to decorate for my husbands special breakfast celebration). Everyone greets you geniunely and there is a warm feeling. The room was really cool and the shower was super jet shower head which felt awesome!

The staff were excellent we had an issue with the plumbing in the bath room and they dealt with it and us excellently.

Car parking free.Bedroom and Bathroom spotless.Sky sports in bar area and a casino on site with multiple giant screens for sky sports.

walk to room (i am slightly disabled) key card did not work properly(see above) sausages not cooked at breakfast plug in bath did not work position of hotel,i spent over £65 on taxis your website does not give information on booking times till end,SHOULD BE AT BEGINNING breakfast expensive for what it is security too visible,seemed to be everywhere,i appreciate it is a functioning hotel,but they appeared intimidating by sheer weight of numbers

Staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was excellent. Close to my business location.

Rooms were the furthest part of the facility away from reception. The aircon in both the rooms I was moved to we're defective, blowing red hot when showing cool, didn't sleep well throughout my stay even with a portable fan that was noisy. There were no windows to open.

The room was very warm, too warm.

Close access to the Arena for Davis Cup, ease of parking and access to restaurants etc..

No drawers or shelves in bedroom to store clothes etc. No shelves in bathroom therefore had no option but to store washbags etc on floor. Plates cold on which to place hot breakfast, cup of tea was awful (stewed and not very hot). At evening meal soup was not very hot and had to ask for spoons with which to eat it, advertised 'warm bread' was cold. Asked to speak to hotel rep. to discuss these point but nobody appeared!

Overall very good & convienient hotel with excellent location next to sport stadium.

There was no hot water and was intermitent service...hot water issue over 5/6 April 2013.

Kettle had mould in it which I was Abt to use to make milk for my 6 month old baby room was very cold big gap in the patio door with pitch view staff didn't really care told them Abt the cold lady goes what do u expect for the price told some one else abt the cold they did not and they did not even appoligise they just said arrongantly well u should have told us last night that's not our fault I thought customers always wright I told her that I did tell some one she goes yeah that must be the new girl nothing I can do Abt it.

Very helpful staff, who were happy to help when I needed to alter my plans at the last minute.

The keys to the rooms stopped working quite a lot - I must have gone through 5 in three days.

Slightly to warm in the room in the night. Exit from car park not sign posted to clearly a left only on exit would help at eye level when leaving car park

We only staying here as it was £35 and we went to the casino

The room was freezing, we told reception and they told us we were using the heating wrong (even tho we weren't). They said they'd move us to a room over the corridor but we couldn't be bothered to move at 1am and asked for extra duvets but in the morning it was freezing and we really wished that we had swopped

Soulless, friendly staff but over bearing manager. Menu very limited. Public areas not in anyway relaxing. Fold down beds, like sleeping in an office.
