Good value for money and the food was surprisingly good.
Our room was cold. A draft from the base of the window was the source.
The nice tidy accommodation, good bed, well lit bedroom - I intensely dislike poorly illuminated bedrooms. This one was spot on!
I didn't like having to pay separately for the car park, especially as it was virtually empty on the night of our stay
the comfort is most important for me and I did not get that, therefore there was nothing to like.
the beds were disgracefull,
Really bad bed, woke up by an emergency call to then be told it's a false alarm. Late check out is £10 per hour. Room looks like it's been put together to make some money as a side project.
Being woken up at 8am by a Security warning about a breach kept going off for a min never got back to sleep again and decided to check out after only getting 4 hours sleep very disappointing
Good facilities all round!!
Room was warm and cosy, very spacious and has a amazing view for when a game is on.
Check in time was 3 oclok in the day which i found later then your average hotel, i arrived at two oclok and was charged £10 extra for early check in however i felt two oclok wasnt really early and buy them charghing me it showed no value for the customer and also i was charged £3 for parking again i feel this should not have been paid as i ended up spending a lot more then i anticipated apart from that the staff were polite but just seemed a bit money motivated.
Clean rooms and great location
I found the room very warm
Very friendly staff, nice but basic rooms, tad expensive but if your going to the casino then it's perfect
Paid £105 for a night and the room isn't anything special. Feel around £80 is about right and should include parking
Wasps players were staying at the hotel at the same time.
bed was comfortable and overlooked rugby pitch
The heating in the room wasn't working, an electric heater was supplied but this didn't leave me impressed , also charged us £3.00 to leave the car park but the barrier was up so we shouldn't have been charged
Very comfortable room for the three of us. Bistro food good and breakfast great.
Excellent room for a very reasonable price. I would gladly stay here again
Sadly the food was pretty dreadful so would not choose to return
Nice room, great shower, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast OK but a little pricey
Dinner was terrible, suspect use of microwaves as food was bland and ridiculously hot. Belly pork with Seasonal green vegetables on menu, courgettes in February? and microwaved!!
Location was good and staff were friendly
Didn't like room that doubled as an Executive Box on match days. More like an office than a hotel room. No lamps, fridge etc
Very friendly staff and warm welcome on a very cold day.
Location for the casino and price.
The free wifi is limited to 500mb but you wont use this as the speed is slow at best. The rooms are comfortable and clean but maintenance is lacking. The rooms are heated/cooled by aircon units which are poorly maintained. TV remotes do not work and bathroom shelves have been damaged. I stay here often and found these to be common issues.
The hotel staff provide excellent service, especially in Singer's Bar whom are very welcoming, polite and engaging with the guests.
Too short a stay! Could not connect to Wifi ? Unsure why
location reception staff friendly
i requested what soup it was prior to 945 but i ws told the man coming ot fix my tv woudl tell me what soup it was. he turned up at 948 and said i had missed the last ortders at 945. not custoemr friendly service. no biscuits nor hot chocolate in the room not the best bed. windows on the car park were cold, coudl har wind all night and traffic started humming from 7am
the Bistro was good
Reception staff seem to be confused as to how to book us in the invoices were all wrong booked on the wrong cards i had an exposed live electrical wire in my room
Very easy to reach, just off the M6. Good enough facilities and friendly staff. Good food.
You can't check in, on match days, until final whistle.
Everything, being able to see the pitch lit up when I arrived, good food great location
