Breakfast was immense Staff laid back but attentive Bathroom products were incredible
Small room for the price but sometimes size isn't everything
Location was great
TV constantly did not work. There was a blackout one morning and no information was given to guests and no compensation made for inconvenience. We had to shower and dress in the dark
We loved the British feel of this cosy small Boutique hotel and a perfect location.
the staff are very kind and supporting with helpful information. Quite and nice hotel.
Awesome location and very helpful staff
Closest thing to a closet or a bureau was a set of 6 hangers on 3 pegs behind the door. Small room. Seemed a bit pricey for a place that I had to live out of a suitcase.
The staff is excellent and v helpful. the location is unbeatable
The only reason it's not excellent all around is because the fitness center is not on property. Otherwise everything was fantastic!
Friendly staff, clean and very resourceful.
Cost a little high.
I loved the charm of everything from the Livy, front desk, rooms and service. The Resturaunt was fantastic and fun. Best Eggs Benedict I ever had.
The bed, the old-style of the place, the cleanliness, the location. Absolutely perfect for a trip to theatre land or Oxford/Regent street shopping - walking distance.
Friendly staff and amazing hotel
Everything a girl needs in a good hotel - Fantastic shower, Cowshed products, fluffy robes, comfy bed and hair straighteners! It was so incredibly quiet it was hard to believe we were in the heart of Soho.
Can't think of anything.
location, room, comfort
noisy crowds at night, but with the location, we didn't mind
We like small boutique hotels and Dean Street Townhouse was perfect. Room was comfortable and elegant. The extra touches like homemade cookies were welcome. Bathroom was great, amazing shower and TONS of Cowshed bath products (we need this in Canada!!) Liked the English Country decor of the common areas. Great restaurant for English breakfast as well. Looking forward to staying at other Soho House properties in the future. P.S. Go to Barrafina for spanish tapas around the corner-Fabulous!!
Professional and helpful staff. The bigger room is really nice. The decor is just perfect. Restaurant and bar are great.
Very very noisy neighborhood. The hotel has bars around it and it is really noisy till very late. The tiny room should not be offered to anyone, its too small.
Relaxed friendly reception. First class British food, served in unfussy way--lively atmosphere. All ages catered for. Professional in every area, a lesson for all the others. COMFORT!!!
Absolutely nothing at all. Although you couldn't find me a brochure to show to friends. And just a little bit pricey for our theatre visit
The location is prime, the overall amenities are excellent.
The way the bed was made; the housekeeper short tucked the duvet so as to feel uncovered at shoulders. This disturbed an otherwise comfortable bed.
Everything! I was very pleasantly surprised.
Great location; excellent staff; classic old hotel but with modern renovation
pretty much everything
but then upon our request, we managed to get a proper room for two persons ie the first night i guess is more a make shift spare room for a single traveller. it's horrible. in room 26. we have high expectations due to the high rate. but the other three nights were pretty ok. not cheap with bottled mineral water...the amenities are really wonderful ( from Cowshed)
the rain shower though the hotel is very proud about that.it's not very convenient. perhaps too busy an area...though the room is quiet. the soho area seems just too crowded unlike Marylebone or Shoreditch...
The Townhouse is ideally placed close to many local attractions and the theatres. Great staff. Lovely comfortable bed, large room with bath and shower. The Townhouse restaurant is next door with a good breakfast, lunch and dinner menu.
Breakfast not included in the room price.
location is perfect (middle of the hell, but quiet in the hotel and the room); the design of the hotel and roms; the amenities in the room; the service in the restaurant next door.
room 26...this is a small room, in the ground floor, very close to the entrance of the hotel (sometimes I think that using booking.com they give us the worst rooms...), where the luggage of guests that checking in or out are (in front of the room!!!); mattress and pillows not that good; bed should be fixed (noisy when you turn sides).
The amenities and the staff The rooms well decorated even the small ones
Some rooms too small No elevator to my small room In a second floor
Such a beautiful hotel, room was stunning as was the restaurant. Staff could't have been more friendly or helpful. We had the most fabulous time, can't wait to return!!
Absolutely nothing to not like!!
