Very helpful hosts! All very good with lots of thoughtful touches like the torch hanging by the door. Thought it would be lovely to sit outside in the summer.
Made welcome from the start. very clean room. cosy bed. food brilliant.
The weather(then it was late November)to cold to sit out on patio area.
Nice tranquil spot to relax and recharge although the pub is across the road very handy we never heard a thing from it great couple running things can't do enough for you would definitely recommend to friends and family breakfast was very good also whatever your want catered for
Weather rained constantly not owners fault

Very warm welcome by new hosts. Confirmed booking and provided directions by text. Rooms very clean and well equipped. Great value for money with comfy bed. Fantastic shower room and to cap it all a good full breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
Warm welcome from the owners, including tea and cake! Drying room for wet waterproofs and boots. Cosy twin room overlooking attractive ornamental gardens. Hearty breakfast, and pub over the road for evening meals. Good location for local attractions.
Owners had only been there 5 days but were excellent - friendly and helpful. Great welcome. Fresh milk for hot drinks and tea and cake brought to room on arrival. Very highly recommended
Quiet, well decorated and furnished. Friendly owners couldn't be more helpful.
Rooms a little on the small side.
John & Suze were very kind, helpful and understanding towards my disabled wife. Nothing was too much trouble, the breakfasts were excellant and it was very clean & comfortable. A first class stay especially for anyone with limited mobility.
A great bed and breakfast, in a good location for exploring the Norfolk Broads. The new owners John and Susannah were so helpful, John even chased us for miles with our cases that we foolishly left behind! The breakfast menu was of the highest standard and should have multiply star quality. Hope we can return at a future date.
The breakfast, The beds, The rooms, The bathrooms, The setting, The décor, The friendliness, The price!
The welcome; the enthusiasm of the staff; the breakfast
We liked the situation of Decoy Barn. Close to many lovely villages Somerleyton hall, Fritton lake etc., on a bus route so didn't need to drive everyher and above all close to good Restaurants, personally recommended!.
Nothing really, even loved the. Very helpful owners!
The room was very pretty and it is in a nice setting.
The room and ensuite were very small. The croissants were horrible.
Shower needs attention, wifi was not good, room looking a bit tired.
Welcomed with tea and biscuits
No phone signal
Very friendly owners, welcoming and always seeking to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Very good advice on evening eating locations. Thoroughly enjoyable five day ( four night) break. We will return.
Alas despite repeated attempts to log on to WiFi it constantly failed, also mobile phone signal very weak and intermittent. This obviously not a fault at Decoy Barn but is the price to be paid for a very rural location yet still in the heart of Norfolk. In some ways upon reflection it may have added to the relaxing aspect by not being contactable
Friendly and warm welcome Good food we will be back,
Everything. Paul & Karen looked after us like family. Breakfasts were excellent. Room opened onto the garden. Own patio space table & chairs. Karen brought us a pot of tea & biscuits on our arrival making us feel very welcome. Beds were really comfy. Superb shower and loads of lovely hot water. Dining room is bright and comfy with use of fridge to keep anything you might want to put in it cool. Tea and coffee, fruit teas, hot chocolate and bottled water in the rooms. It was excellent.
WiFi signal poor but that was all.
The owners, the welcome, the way the rooms were arranged round the garden, the view.
The traffic noise, the lack any where to relax other than the bed.
Beatifully kept. Superb hosts. Excellent breakfast
Room was rather small
Friendliness of owners, and great food
Everything - all to a very high standard, would highly recommend it for a welcoming, enjoyable & relaxing stay
Just a tiny bit remote if you wanted a drink in the evening. There is a pub opposite but not the best venue. About 20-30 minute walk away there is a much nicer pub, but when it's dark there isn't a path all the way, so bit tricky.
