Everything. Paul & Karen looked after us like family. Breakfasts were excellent. Room opened onto the garden. Own patio space table & chairs. Karen brought us a pot of tea & biscuits on our arrival making us feel very welcome. Beds were really comfy. Superb shower and loads of lovely hot water. Dining room is bright and comfy with use of fridge to keep anything you might want to put in it cool. Tea and coffee, fruit teas, hot chocolate and bottled water in the rooms. It was excellent.

WiFi signal poor but that was all.

The owners, the welcome, the way the rooms were arranged round the garden, the view.

The traffic noise, the lack any where to relax other than the bed.

Everything - all to a very high standard, would highly recommend it for a welcoming, enjoyable & relaxing stay

Just a tiny bit remote if you wanted a drink in the evening. There is a pub opposite but not the best venue. About 20-30 minute walk away there is a much nicer pub, but when it's dark there isn't a path all the way, so bit tricky.

The staff/owners made you feel very welcome. You went as guests and came away as friends. The breakfast was always cooked fresh and hot, nothing was too much trouble.

The weather was very hot and the rooms got very hot at night maybe a ceiling fan would be good.

The family who run the B and B are delightful, and very helpful. We loved the gardens. We liked the independence that we were able to come in very late. They made us feel very welcome and at home straight away.A lovely weekend. Breakfast was wonderful.

The barn is quite near the road at one end, so I could hear traffic passing by my room quite early in the morning. This was the only thing which wasn't absolutely perfect.

Decoy Barn was run by a friendly, helpful couple. A lovely greeting with tea and biscuits. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Wifi was very iffy. Had to find right spot in room for it to work. Even then it would drop out. This property was on a main road, but traffic did quieten in the evening

The couple running the B&B were incredible. They were so friendly and even gave advice on where to go and places to eat around the area. There was lots to chose from at breakfast and the food was delicious. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend! !

We stayed 3 nights and can safely say it was one of the best places we have stayed at . The couple who run the Decoy Barn were fantastic . Breakfast set us up for the day . The room was excellent . The room was straight onto a veranda which we took advantage of in the evening . Plenty of places to eat out. Great countryside all close by .

Very hospitable hosts, friendly and most helpful when asking about places of interest and where to eat. The location was perfect for our touring around Norfolk and Suffolk. The room and ensuite were spacious and very clean and comfortable.

The only problem was very much a "1st world problem" - because of the thick walls, wifi was only available in the dining room.
